No this is not the Lockheed folding wing UAV that was posted before, this is much differnt.

Some engineers from the University of Florida are developing drones with gull like wings that can bend and change shape. Allowing it to dive between buildings, zoom under overpasses and land on apartment balconies.

These wings act more like a birds wing. It has be done before I know, but they're getting better at it.

It was originally implemented on the Wright Flyer. It's been tested a few times, but I fear that if the wing was under torsion, and went through a nasty air pocket, it may be in danger of snapping. It's unlikely and would have to be tested, but I don't think such a concept is ready for mass use.
