I just thought of something while posting here.

Would there still be Abu Musab al-Zarqawi and his terrorist lot in Iraq if the Sunni's for the most part (Baathists excluded) joined the political process?

I think they still would be there but it would be a totally different dynamic; having Arabs from other countries fighting the Three major groups in Iraq.
Are the Baathist party rements still too much to get the majority of Sunni's involved in the process?

Just curious as to what others think.

And please lets exclude the US from this discussion/equation just for the sake of arguement. I know that will be hard but try. Stay focused on topic.
