How many times must a person get a welcome?

I think andrew_hudson61 must be on this thread about 50 times.

We have a few people "authorized" to review membership applications, and perhaps andrew received an approval from a rate occurance of most of the reviewers being on-duty!

and his last was 18-8-2005 at 02:11 AM

So he was authorized 50 times in over 4 months. How is that?
