Yup, it was a false alarm. Estonian police are now searching for the person who reported it.

ITAR-TASS: Estonia opens criminal proceedings on reported contraband case

The Estonian police are searching for the person, who has reported on a possible arrival of a truck full of explosives from Tallinn to Finland.

The source said that the truck would arrive onboard a ferryboat, and the police searched ferryboats in Tallinn, Muuga and Paldiski. The Helsinki police also took precautions, but no explosives were found. The Estonian police opened criminal proceedings and started searching for the informant.

Finland is hosting a world athletics tournament, and high-ranking officials are attending the event, so the security is tight.
