And I think it's because of one tomato.. I smashed it up in a bag and dumped it tomato sauce and then sprinkled garlic power/salt until I thought it was enough, with some pesto, a dash of bayou blast (creole), diced onions, and a handful of cheese.

threw it on top of angel hair pasta with some parm, and i swear to you I haven't had such good pasta since dining at my friends house who's parents were italian.. thats what it reminds me of. there is nothing like fresh tomatos in pasta... it just adds this taste that is unbelievable...

seriously when you don't feel like cooking, try this... let me know how it turns out...

I think I'll have to try this sometime... but the best thing I had along the lines of pasts is the "Queensland Chicken and Shrimp" from the outback Steakhouse.
