Wow. Thanks everyone for the heart-warming compliments. I can think of at least 10 others who deserved it this month, and who are less obnoxious in their posting style than I sometimes can be. First time I posted and the white background came up, for a second I thought SO had changed the color scheme. Now I'll be embarrassed to post anything dumb for a month. Posting something stupid is one thing, but doing so while wearing a white background is like letting one go in a crowded lift.
