Here is a link to NOAA ocean explorer.

It's a NOAA ship on the Mid Atlantic Shelf performing deap sea exploration using 2 ROV's.

The video is a live feed from the ROV on location deep on the ocean floor on a volcanic vent or chimmeny site.

There are multiple links on the page to all kinds of scientific stuff going on the ship and you can email an explorer on site.
