Two bomb explode in central Spain

An anonymous call in the name of ETA to the Basque newspaper Gara has informed about those bombs and has added that there another two more.

Two bombs exploded on Spanish highways south of Madrid on Friday after a Basque newspaper received a warning call in the name of the Basque separatist group ETA, local media said.

No injuries were reported.

The blasts hit just as millions of Spaniards were flooding out of cities for the August holidays.

ETA? Not radical Muslims? Odd...

But they are linked:

"ETA has many connections with other terrorist organisations. For example, in August 1983, the representatives of Katalonia Tierra Libra, Bask, ETA, Corsica Liberation Movement, IRA, and KADEK have held a meeting. In 1970’s the ETA militants were trained in El Fetih Camp in Palestine and in the same year THKO/THKP-C militants were there as well. Moreover, DEV-SOL, TKP/ML and ETA have made a joint declaration in Hamburg on 2 January 1984.."
