Can you give a little background on the picture?
Where did you find it? when? anything might help
for others to identify it.

Thanks,

identifly (verb) to place the appropriate nomenclature on an unknown secret installation by use of flight or an aerial photograph.

The process of identifly-cation is used wisely and successfully, but is no longer used by incumbent American governments to pinpoint the precise location of WMDs.

I think that's the last known munitions factory of Goldfinger, vacated in approximately 1986.

It could be a ploughed out surface-to-air missile launch site, or a poorly disguised test site that was used some years ago, or an entrance to a base, or, or . . really, it could be anything.

I'll go with former SAM or ICBM site.

I'll go with wither a Nuke Silo or a former SAM or Ballistic Missile range.
