How come the Israelis have a blank cheque to spend American money? 2.2 billion is a lot of dollars just to withdraw a few troops.Do they have some kind of blackmail going on with the Us? I wouldn't give them peanuts. Source www.voanews.com...

I've come to the conclusion the Israeli gross national product is the palm of their hand. That's all I can figure.

It's called a bribe.

The U.S. wants to push forward with a peaceful homeland for the Palestinians to try to help diffuse terrorism so Israel sees it as an opportunity to extort money from the U.S. in order to cooperate.
