The U.S. has clearly violated the Non-Proliferation Treaty - Not Iran.

"Under the treaty, nuclear weapons states promised to disarm and those without nuclear arms were promised peaceful atomic technology."

The U.S. has not only violated the treaty by not disarming, but it is expanding its arsenal and developing new WMD. Iran on the other hand has not violated the treaty since the treaty states that non-nuclear countries have the right to pursue peaceful atomic technology.

So who should be taken to the UN for sanctions? Iran or the U.S.?
