Mind you, I wonder how long his Presidential Term might last.

Where's all the video of the AFU attack? The dam is under constant surveillance by both sides. If the Russians had proof the Ukrainians did this, they'd have flooded the internet with it. We'd see all the usual Russian Cheerleader/Propagandist/Operatives showing us over and over all these missiles and artillery strikes happening.

But crickets.

Instead, they flooded the internet with Internet Research Agency trolls minutes after the attack to push a narrative without a shred of evidence.

I don't think missile and or artillery strikes could have caused such a breach.

But you are right, Russia would be spreading video and shouting it from the rooftops.
