I'm a 1000% positive that the Bosnians welcome any western aid, particularly American.

I had to look up the city of one of the genocides...Srebrenica.

That's where the Serbs committed one of the worst genocides. Some 10,000 people, women and children, were executed in one day and then bulldozed into mass graves that took years to uncover through satellite imagery and digging. Ten thousand people in one day, shot standing next to a trench and then mass buried.

Bosnians will accept anyone who helps them against that repeating. Serbs would do it again if they were given a chance to. They're starting it again in Kosovo, as we speak. You don't have to look far to see the Serbs for what they are.

An American, or Western, presence means increased stability -- the opposite of what Russia and Serbia want.

Yes. It's not the US/UK that's kicking this off, despite how some might try and twist it.

Some folk do indeed need to read some history, and learn from it.
