A judge on Monday dismissed the only remaining legal claim in Republican Kari Lake’s challenge of her loss in last year’s race for Arizona governor, affirming the election of Democrat Katie Hobbs.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter A. Thompson said Lake failed to prove her claim that Maricopa County did not verify signatures on mail ballots as required by law.

That was the last of the chances she had to prove that something was wrong with the election and that she was wronged. As with the all the other lawsuits she filed, she was unable to provide evidence to back up any of the claims.

This trial had to do with claims that the officials didn't do a good enough job verifying signatures and that they neglected to review issues when they were brought up.

The former TV anchor faced a high bar in proving not only her allegation over signature verification efforts but also that it affected the outcome of her race.

Thompson, who was appointed to the bench by former Republican Gov. Jan Brewer, said she did not meet that high bar.

“The evidence the Court received does not support Plaintiff’s remaining claim,” he wrote.

So ends this chapter in Kari Lake's story, but it's probably not the end. She has power in her eyes and the wisdom of Marjorie Taylor Greene. There's no stopping her.

Who would she be a good match for a VP position?

Wellthe reason being is the judge in that county is a cartel judge. almost all posistions in that county are involved with dirty stuff. I seem to remember they even had money trails to show it,but of course a judge in that county dismissed it. Its like asking the killer to not kill his victim after they are already dead. Self investigation LMAO.

Not China, Russia, the middle east, or the EU could bring down America, but the cartels did it in less than a decade.

Wowzers.😳

You keep telling yourself that.

The left are known for two things and with your post you make it perfectly clear you’re yet another number who belongs to them and who has surrendered any sense of common sense or individual thought to them and become an empty number to be used.

1. They always talk about things they know nothing whatsoever about. And it really is incredible that you’re willing to post as some commentator editorializing the court journey of Kari Lake when you never even watched the trials. It really is mind blowing how you still presume to give your thoughts on it when that shouldn’t even be possible.

And

2. They lie about everything.

Congrats for having the bravery to totally abandon self-respect, integrity, and dignity and seeing where it takes you. I’m sure it’s like a fun little vacation for your mind through a safari your body never need leave your IKEA couch in your shared studio apartment for!

what is your deal? you make threads and then don't come back to them. Why make the thread at all?
You should decide if you want to talk TO us or AT us. Currently, it seems it's just AT us.

That was the last of the chances she had to prove that something was wrong with the election and that she was wronged.

Perspective is such a bitch... from where I'm sitting, as a resident and voter in Arizona and Maricopa County, the judge just threw away his last change to prove that election integrity matters, and that fair and honest elections are a priority in Arizona.

The judge also threw away his last chance to prove that he has an ounce of honor or integrity in his body.

Kari did prove that the election was not fair, was not free, and was not honest. Kari did prove that the election results are uncertain, which is the court established standard for declaring an election null and void and ordering a new election. And the judge proved that the law and legal precedent was not HIS guiding principle.

The people paying attention know. They can play legal games and the judge can play dumb, but the people know. Including many who pretend they don't know.

And just FYI Kari will be filing a motion for appeal.

She's already indicated that she'll appeal. That said, she knows she lost the election. She just keeps filing these court cases so she can grift her supporters. I'm guessing the second she found out she lost this case an email sent out begging for more money.

They've made some progress... too much progress... but all's not lost.

Yesterday, the AZ Senate exercised their Constitutional powers and authority over elections to issue an order to all counties in the state prohibiting the use of any electronic machines that are not manufactured in the USA with USA parts (which currently ALL electronic election machines are foreign manufactured), and as well the source code must be open and available to the public, with all counts and digital ballot images online for public accessibility by the next day.

Katie Hobbs vetoed similar legislation passed last week. She (and perhaps others) will no doubt sue, so this ain't over yet. But it's a good start to taking back the power and cutting off the avenues to corruption.

Naw... she knows no such thing. Neither does anyone else. The election process is so screwed up that it's impossible to know one way or the other.

What she does know, and what EVERYONE knows who is actually paying attention, is that laws were broken, protocols and procedures were not properly followed, and election officials have lied repeatedly.

Anyone claiming otherwise is either an ignorant fool who doesn't know what they are talking about... or a lying liar trying to gaslight the less informed.

Kari Lake did an exceptional job and showed off some impressive evidence.

This is how compromised AZ is, it has infested even the Courts.

This isn't good for that State, especially if the groups have power over certain key individuals.

She'll appeal of course. This isn't about getting her Gov back, that's too far gone. The best she can hope for is bringing all this to light and convinving voters of real issues in election integrity.

No matter how you slice it, Maricopa has many manufactured BS issues that no other counties have problems with.

I'm from a city of millions and our tallies are counted and done by that night.

Well, the cartels needed the democrats and rhinos to facilitate their invasion. The cartels could not have done it without US government assistance.
The question is can we gain back control of our borders our country? It doesn't look good at the moment.

Anyone interested in seeing where Kari goes from here? Besides the appeals court of course...

She will be holding a press conference at 1:00 p.m. today (PDT) with a "HUGE Announcement."

I don't know where to catch the press conference live, but I'm sure Kari will post on her Twitter shortly after (if not before).

So tired of people saying fundraising is a grift. First of all, nobody is being forced to contribute. Second, it's a 1st amendment protected right to donate to causes you believe in. You act like you assume people can't read or listen to the news, to opinions, to discussion, and come to their own conclusions. Are the people only children or sheep when they aren't on your team?

Clearly, the people that will donate to her cause believe in her cause. Clearly she is fighting for them, as she represents them and what they want to happen. If a person donates to her because they want her to be able to keep fighting, win or lose, why do you call that a grift? I call it part of our democratic process.

You only say this when its not your team raising the money, right?
