if the debit celling defaults, millions will go homeless. what happens then?

Me no understand ....... Biden is trying to use the 14th amendment to raise the debt ceiling , We are so far in debt and giving everyone money HOW is raising the debt ceiling going to save us from default who's loaning us this debt ? Why would anyone give us any more money WHO is allowing us more debt ?

I feel so dumb I need this formula to get out of debt myself government should start teaching classes .
