Judge finds Pastor Artur Pawlowski guilty of violating Alberta Critical Infrastructure Defence Act.

The judge seems to have found him guilty of three charges all together but one has to be contested according to Ezra Levant of Rebel News.

The verdict is in, and Pastor Artur Pawlowski has been found guilty by a judge for violating Alberta's Critical Infrastructure Defence Act.

Pastor Artur became the first person charged — and now convicted — under this piece of provincial legislation, originally drafted in the aftermath of railway and pipeline protests in the early portion of 2020.

His family came to Canada from Poland to enjoy a land of freedom.

Can I get a hint as to what he did so I can determine if going to the link is a good use of my time?

Thanks a bunch!

He had questions about the scamdemic. He didn't want to play along and pretend.

The article isn't very long. I did a quick search for a video explaining his story on YouTube and then with search engines. In the past, something good would pop up. In this case, likely a video I'd remember. I keep forgetting that the Internet is ruined and all one tends to find now are corporate media/official story propaganda reports on everything. Sites like Rumble are still small.

I do this to save myself time esp. because I have what I call a 'bad technical memory' and so for me to explain his story would involve me researching certain aspects to be sure I had it right. And again, today's sucky Internet. But I found a video that explains it.

In short, he was a peaceful protestor in regards to the Government's unconstitutional measures to restrict Canadians' rights during the Pandemic. He insisted on running his church against Government orders. For this, he was arrested on multiple occasions. As he got publicity, he spoke out louder and was involved in the Freedom Convoy. His words have been legally linked to actions of truckers blocking roads.

Thank you! That's all I needed to peek my interest!

I was thinking it was probably another case of vandalism or some such that landed him in court, and TBH I've been fully saturated on stories like that.

Now I will go check out the link!

Our Conservative premier was recorded on a call with him prior to the court date.

I haven’t met the man but I know people who know him and the say he is kind and courageous.

They went after a few Christian leaders here for pushing back on the Covid System.

We have an election campaign going on right now and if it goes the wrong way this province is in trouble.

He was always going to be found guilty, that man has to be removed from the spot light by baby castro.

Guy has faith, charisma and a good backstory, and was willing to question the narrative, he was dangerous.

Thanks for sharing. So few people have had the courage to say no to power. The few that do often find themselves being made an example of. But I guess this is how it works, how it has always worked.

So they did him under the critical infrastructure act which itself was made up in early 2020...what infrastructure were his actions threatening I wonder?

It looks like the law is no longer worth the paper it is written on.

So, from what I can tell, he basically "incited a protest"?

WTF Canada!

I thought the US had it bad.
