Just my opinion, but have the Disney execs ever step foot in Atlanta? I don't think they have, because if they did, they would definitely reconsider that move.

Georgia also seems to never be prepared for snow and ice.
Nope, and no real reason to be either. We only get snow or ice every few years, if that.
Didn't get any this year, and I don't think the last 2 or 3 years either.

Lmao, I live in Florida and water front is in The tens of millions range and still getting multiple offers and over asking prices. The people buying it are the ceo and elites of fortune 100 companies who have insider information. Apparently they think Florida is going to be just fine, lol
I beg to differ. North Ga here, 14th district. Times are changing, the tides are turning blue, Georgia is far more blue than you think. Remember Warnock, Ossoff? Yes, Fulton is clearly blue, but the entire state is changing. I personally know at least 25 friends who have switched parties, and will now be voting blue, and this is trending. Again, this is MTG country, even our local paper did an article last week about this.

Disney owned marvel and they already do a lot of film work in Georgia don’t they?
I do know they get tax breaks to do that business there.
Yes they all do, Also probably why Georgia is going more blue.
Taxbreaks
Well, GA isn't going more blue, it's Atlanta and the politicians that run Atlanta that are all blue. GA, outside of Atlanta proper, is massively red.

So the real thing we have to wonder is how much pressure is Disney under to live in Florida, and is that going to run them off?
Certainly, they should stay in Orlando since they have built that city. The reason it struck me to post it was the different articles out there about moving out of FL. I have to believe they are feeling the pinch with the FL Legislature going for their "sovereignty" recently.
It's funny to me, all they have to do is quit being involved in any politics at all. It's pretty simple. They are a entertainment venue....so do what you do best....entertain.
