Bring in the Indians or other BRIC nations to play buffer. Evac any ethnic Russians that want to go to Russia and pull out. Claim a victory and keep those buffer nations there long enough to GTFO.

My guess would be to remove the pacific fleet from operation capabilities so they can island hop to the west coast.
