I think I got the plan that the Chinese and North Korea worked out

1. China sends its "air space ships " over Canada and China.
2. North Korea uses any info that China shares with North Korea.
3. North Korea fires 2 atomic missiles.
4. One goes to Tokyo.
5. The second one goes to Washinton D.C ( commonly and currently known as " dumb commie land ".

6. China evades Taiwan
7. The commies that left D.C. all go to Cuba and smoke Cuban cigars with Raul Castro, but ... oh, well, all is well now.

In the end after of 5,000+ years of gov, military, culture and medicine...China will run over and under Taiwan, both N. & S. Korea....then spread a curtain across Indonesia.
