Hundreds of teens ransack Compton Arco station

This thing with our young people seems to be getting worse.

It brought to mind something I heard about the kids and us not be able to stop it.

Young people have been put through the wringer since about 1985. Technology development, scandals, wars, programming...what a mess. I'm not saying it was better before '85, I'm saying the speed at which development occurred was too fast for assimilation.

Many of us could see there would be problems with kids learning, knowing and using technology that parents don't use, watching movies parents aren't watching, listening to music parents don't listen to. I'm not justifying the behavior, I am saying, gigo.

I was working when I was 15...my social security statement is my proof. These kids need to be put to work immediately. Maybe summer vacation should be stopped after 16.

Taking phones, not realistic. Curfews won't stop it...they always outnumber police. Locking them up won't help, it will overwhelm an already deplorable and taxed system.

TPTB made this our problem.Any ideas of how to fix it so that it can be stopped before someone starts shooting kids?

In the Citaaaayyyyy, City of Compton.

It's time the US military started concentrating on their own citizens instead of intervening abroad in other countries around the world.

The millions they spend to "help" other countries to give them more freedom sounds very humbling.

But if you give humans too much freedom, these things will happen.

We can complain about countries/dictators and how they treat their own people, but most of those countries have a long history of how brutal humans can be sometimes if you don't control them.

Be glad the USA only have 300 million people, it would have been a lot worse if they had 1.3 billion

The black working classes have been replaced by the hispanic working classes. That's the root of the problem.

Have a stable family unit and home for starters. Fathers and mothers always serve as an example to their children. These kids act like savages because their parents act like savages it’s really that simple.

The more “free” things you receive the less you value you attach to those things. They have no inherent worth to the individual. They don’t take pride in their public housing because they didn’t work for it.

It’s also not really a nation wide problem it’s a very acute problem effecting almost exclusively the black community some far more then othersz Kinda like mass shootings, almost always black shooters with gang relations. Actually kinda like violent crime in general to paint with a broad brush. 14% of the American population represents 50+% of the violent crime. So it’s not so much a problem with all Americans it’s a problem with within the black community and current culture and the ideals they hold.

I am not an American just an outsider looking in.

The year of the Rabbit is one of youth, REVOLUTIONS, protests, and also correcting an imbalance.

Not to toot my own horn, but I knew this would be happening and it will get worse.
I know some say this is doom porn or something but I just believe we follow cyclical patterns and this year is
as explained above. We are already seeing it. Also in any Lunar new year, which usually starts in late January or February, things don't happen immediately, it takes a little while to take off, which is why I also think come summer we are really going to be seeing some stuff happen with youth... get ready!

The nuclear family unit will greatly hinder this. The troublemakers will still be out there, but there won't be nearly as many, and not enough to stir up a big gaggle of dummards. Get back to basics in public education, fire the activist teachers who are only there to push an agenda, bring back corporal punishment, and bring back educational programs and books from the 50's. The downfall started to unravel in the 1960's because of Madalyn O'Hair.

I'm w you both on the long term solution of nuclear family, education reformation, etc.

I guess what I mean, is more immediate. As I see it, this could really escalate and lots of people could be hurt, or who knows what. I mean, do we have to go through this or can we cut it off at the pass.

I'm also wondering about how their organizing. It's like flash mob. And, there are teens from all colors of the spectrum, asians, blacks, whites, kids who look like their from india or pakistan, hispanics, it's crazy.

For me, getting ready means I’m going to avoid certain places at certain times.
I won’t be shopping at the Mag Mile anymore. I noticed the last few times it’s not the same.
Places that were always safe are now free game. It’s not just your person either, a lot of cars are getting damaged pretty badly.

It's a freaking international event, dude. It would have helped you tremendously to watch the video.

Are you a fricken moron? What kind of person wants their countries military to pursue their own population, particularly their youth.

You would be better off blocking internet and phone reception then turning people trained to incapacitate and kill onto ill disciplined youngsters.

Better yet, make military service accessible for 16 year olds who don’t want to go to school. Give them 3 years of training and send them off with a trade and a promise to defend the country in if it’s ever invaded.

I don't see an immediate action, not where these are taking place. You could lock them all away in a jail for a couple of nights but that's just gonna piss off the ones who raised these monsters.

You are right to be concerned. The only one that can stop this is the parents.

My house was the hang out place when I was a teen. We had the space and there were already a ton of kids in my house. I have a young friend that reminds me so much of my Mother. Every weekend she has about 20 children at her house. It is not just the hang out place, she actually sets up activities and parties for them. She arranges local trips for them and she makes a couple of the moms help out. She is amazing and the children all love her. But she is no push over. There are rules, there is discipline, and there are consequences.

If parents don’t take responsibility for their children someone is going to get hurt and badly. As you said, people are going to start shooting children. That is what they are priming the masses to do. That will then set it all off. Everyone doing the shooting feeling justified. Everyone doing the shooting feeling proud, that they killed someone.

If we are blind to it and desensitized to it when it is just on the screen, we will be accepting of it when they make the laws to lock us all down. It will be a national emergency. We all have to submit. We have to save the children.

Corona on steroids. Line up folk. Vaccines and Soma, coming to a store near you.
