Give me a break, no, I cant come up with a better title for this

I assume I'm not the only one with sets of songs that are just best heard with... whatever poison of your choice you partake in. Tonight, it occurred to me that I do indeed have a very preferred shortlist that I listen to at the tail end of partaking in my poison of choice (that'll be obvious real shortly)
If you have a shortlist of songs you feel go or flow together well, knock yourself out & post 'em. That's the point of the thread anyway :p

In listening order (always this order) I give thee my, um... "Inspired Bedtime Variety":

This one is more or less stand-alone in that it doesn't mesh with the rest well, but is my opener anyway.
Good ol' Hendrix, "All Along The Watchtower"

Bit of a jarring downshift here -- America, " Horse With No Name"

Slowing down more with The Doors, " Riders On The Storm"

Which leads to the proverbial cherry atop my late night music sundae --
Dave Brubeck, " Take Five"

Nighty-night, folks

Musical thoughts on a journey of musical notes on a fretboard . Your fretboard actually is music to anyone's heart and looks like you discovered a journey through your thoughts of a musical horizon of cherishable and meaningful lyrics then apply to your mental state of mind currently especially with your poison.

Love your choices nothing like an aul' classic or 3.
Here's a couple to get you up off your arse. Maybe you like them maybe not.

The Herbaliser - "The Missing Suitcase"

Propellerheads feat: Miss Shirley Bassey - "History Repeating"

Smoke City - "Underwater Love"

The Submarines - "1940"

As with everyone's choice of music we're all different. But maybe one of those you'll take a liking to.
