www.dailymail.co.uk...

So we have the VP of bud light stating that she has a "mandate" to change how bud light is marketed. (where did this mandate come from, who gave it to you? haha) you say that young people are not drinking bud light but it has a fratty branding. last time I checked I thought most frats have young people or young men in them?

It's also funny she hits all the buzz words "inclusivity" "evolve" " "representation" I know this might be judging her a bit but I would guess she is a person that doesn't drink a lot of bud light. I could be wrong.

Being a little bit serious for a second I don't think you can get young women away from white claws right now. I think they own the market on young women right now. I also don't think young people are going to say " what are we going to drink tonight? lets drink bud light because did you hear there more inclusive now."

Bud Light identifies as beer, but real beer considers that cultural appropriation.

Yeah being a Woke Joke doesn’t make Bud Light taste any better.

I can recall the blowout parties we used to have in my younger days.
40 or 50 half drank beer cans sitting around and you try to guess which one was yours, I always seemed to grab the one with a cigarette snuffed out in it and gulped that one.

That’s what Bud Light tastes like to me from a fresh open can.

Indeed. Proper Bud comes in bottles from another country.

As for Miller Light or Coors.....don't get me started.

Runoff that identifies as "beer" should have good company among those who identify their gender.

Anyway let them pander. Beer is like pizza and burgers: if all you've ever had is the mass-market stuff you have no idea what you're missing.

In the States, they removed Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben, and the Land-O-Lakes girl from those products, and REEE'd about the Dukes of Hazzard's General Lee, for example.

Weird.

The whole point of infusing the LGBTQ issue in TV shows, movies and commercials is to desensitize people. You reach a point of over-saturation and stop caring, but look at what's left in the wake!

Many groups. organizations and charities have sprung up, insuring the circle of money back to the source that created and funded these groups.

It also keeps the division widening, which is great for campaign fodder. AND, it's working in favor of removing the 1st and 2 amendments, plus increased surveilience everywhere 'for our safety'.

I'm sure there are reason that I've overlooked that are 'normalizing' this movement .

Maybe this beer brand company should focus on improving the quality and taste of their beer alcohol.

Just how many 69 Dodge Chargers got written off in the Dukes of Hazzard?

That's criminal.

They whoever are pushing LGBTQ issue in TV shows, entertainment believe young people to support LGBTQ will be convinced by this. This is actually in the long run going to hurt the LGBTQ communities.

Not helping it.

Why does the desire to update brands away from 1990s update the 'fratty' and 'out of touch' marketing have to go all the way to adopting 100% LGBTQ marketing? Why is the opposite of "fratty" a Transgender Woman?

Isn't there a middle ground where the marketing can appeal to all groups?

Why can't companies find that middle ground and save themselves all the controversy they probably don't want.

Why so homophobic?

Let's examine the word: "homophobic" First of all, it's a made-up word, and it was made-up by the proponents of whatever "homo" means, not those against it. Secondly, "phobic" means "fear" and that is puzzling, because who is fearful of homos? No one I know. Are you fearful of homos? Of course not. Now, I've heard terms like "disgusting" in reference to the whole LGBTQ+ agenda, but never fear. I suspect the entire nomenclature is being done in an attempt to guide and sway the narrative to the point that the MSM uses the term (and those like it) without thinking about what they are saying.

That poster is quite simply homophobic. It's an irrational aversion to folk of a different sexuality.

Most folk don't have a problem with that.

War is peace and all that.
I don’t know anyone who is actually afraid of a gay person.
Do you barrister?

Noting something is outside normal is in no way irrational.
Pretending something abnormal is normal is what is nuts.
