Some fascinating stats given (and insane corruption revealed) in this interview with Calley Means regarding 'big lies' told by the big food industry.

If you or your friends or family eat food then you should probably give it a watch.

Well, when the USA is spoon fed propaganda from elementary school throughout adulthood for the last 100 years, it's no wonder so many people run to the store and buy Big Food boxed and processed garbage. Everything is rushed, everyone is too busy and more and more people are just cramming their pie-holes with unadulterated junk than ever before.

We can all thank Edward Bernays for that mass brainwashing.

Big Pharma is riding the coattails, expecting everyone to be on a pill in some form at some point.
They need to keep making their billions. Same with insurance companies.

You know. Capitalism and all that.

Well I thought I was eating food but apparently all I was consuming was disease causing substances to profit the financial giants of today.

I've been paying them to poison me and my family evidently. I guess I don't need to watch the video then....but thanks anyway.

JK, watching now, I don't eat perfect and pure organic foods but I don't live on fast food, junk food and processed food. And as much as spam is a processed food, I really only eat about 2 - 4 cans a year so, I just like pulling everybody's leg. But I do like it and I will continue to use it occasionally.

Addictive poison food though on a daily basis. Boy, this country really loves it's people. And they're worried about incandescent light bulbs.

Watched this just yesterday. (sorry Russell Brand is obnoxious)
During the pandemic Netflix popped out a mess of Food Documentaries. Can't go out, can't see family & HEY!!! Now we're scared of our food! Really bad timing Lol!!

The entire food industry is off the rails. I learned the parmesan cheese we're used to using on our spaghetti is mostly cellulose. Our veggies after traveling 2000+ miles has lost most of its nutritional value by the time we purchase it. Most bakery items that have blueberries, well no they don't. They have little blue starch balls instead. I hadn't recovered from learning meat glue was used to DIY Chuck Roast yrs ago when that news broke.

Grocery shopping is hands down the most depressing activity ever. Farmers Markets? ROFL!!!! Look in their trucks or under their tables. It's the same exact produce purchased by grocery stores from the wholesale suppliers. YMMV on that depending on location. Here it's a solid truth 75% of the time.

I cannot eat like "anything" processed any longer.

I get heart palpitations from numerous added chemicals / additives.

I have to buy everything fresh or basic stuff canned with just salt.

We try to eat about eighty percent of our diet not highly processed. Yes it is cooked which is processed, but most is homemade using decent quality ingredients and the spicing is used pretty much to stop cross reactions. We buy some things locally from farmers we know who grow or raise things more naturally. We do this because the food tastes better, it has flavor if it is grown right and the animals are fed a good more natural diet.

Does it work? Well lets see....the wife is seventy and she goes to the doctor twice a year and takes two cheap meds. I usually go to the doctor once a year and do not take any meds but do take some special minerals and vitamins that seem to keep me going. My diet to control my epilepsy requires that I take a few extra minerals to boost certain enzymes so I can metabolize the diet to compensate for things I lack enough enzymes to detox. I also use a small taurine supplement or a NAC supplement to lessen my need for those special foods...although neither of these gets rid of all the seizure symptoms so I still have to make soups often, but I do not have to eat it every day. Those two supplements also need the same enzymes to work properly, so I still need to take the mineral pills. I am sixty seven and I have lots of energy, but I am getting old and cannot lift nearly as much weight as I used to because I worked construction and my back is kind of shot from injuries in the past....I can still toss fifty pounds around but not two hundred like I used to do...which is why my back is shot I suppose and I also have two hernia patches. I miss being strong.

We both got healthier when we started eating better foods....but we do not eat nearly as much veggies as they say we need to eat. Veggies can make you nuts...remember Kain killed Abel. Some southern European cultures can eat more veggies than Northern European cultures can. In the summer when you are working and sweating, Northern Europeans can sweat out the chemicals in certain veggies they cannot metabolize correctly in large amounts. So diet has to match our ancestors diet somewhat...something that takes many generations to alter so we can eat these foods at higher quantities.

I lack amylase production in the gut pretty much, but I can stimulate it's secretion in the mouth by sprinkling a little salt on my lettuce and salad. This is genetic. I also can not metabolize sucrose and mannose very well but used to crave sugar and cinnamon rolls till I started taking a small glutamine supplement...now I have no craving other than an occasional nostalgic episode. I need to drink a coke once a week...about sixteen ounces...to help to disolve plant and starch matter in the gut so I do not get bezoars. It works, dislike coke but it is a cheap medicine..I usually add water to it to make it less sweet tasting. It works and it allows me to eat more raw veggies without problems. I like salads.

But my grandkids are pretty screwed up, my daughter believes that these highly processed foods are safe and she even takes good ingredients and highly processed them so the kids will like them. Prediabetis and fatty liver is a problem in her house yet she says it is genetic and will not accept that their kids diet is causing it. They buy a head of lettuce about once every three months and rarely eat any veggies...even I eat veggies, I just have to make sure it is in moderation and most need to be cooked.

Looks like they are desperate onto pushing the mRNA even they those who pushed as vaccines during the pandemic still arent aware of the consequences.

There cant be any valid /good reason to have animals fed with mRNA crap .....

This all points to harm done by purpose, depopulation ...making living too hard/making dying easy.

This guy is on fire and this is a really big deal.

What this tells me is that they (they who?) are trying to kill you with EVERYTHING. The water, the air, the food, the vaccines, the wars, the chemicals, the drugs, the crime, the social unrest, etc. It's all part of the depopulation agenda and allows industries like big pharma to also profit from it while you're still around like some zombie cash cow.

Ha yes mate, I'll say anything in order to get people to watch the source material before posting.

Another more comprehensive interview below and what do you know it's our old friends the NIH again (last seen trying to 'squash' the release of the May 2022 National Toxicology Programme Report).

Chequebook science, insanely bias "academic' papers, literally tens of millions of dollars in bribes etc..

• It's also explained how Coca Cola shamelessly (ab)used the subject of'racism to make more money.

Appreciate all the replies and that's a great post there bud, was unaware of most of that.. yet not too surprised.

If you want a good laugh check out what people are actually expected to believe via this NIH funded 'chart'.

Apparently 'Frosted Mini Wheats' and 'Honey Nut Cheerios' are healthier than Poached Eggs and Beef.

Personally reckon they're having a competition to see how gullible people can actually be.

The FDA in America is very corrupt. Look at Canadian & EU guidelines for food compared to American ones .
When the government has to foot the bill on healthcare via budgets provided by the people’s tax , you tend to see healthier food standards.
When EU members pay 40% of their earnings into a social society healthcare managed via government , government has an incentive to save money for pet projects via lower medical costs on a social plan.
Less health cost equals more mad money in the government coffers for politicians to play with .

oh, i know. i just came off a 23-day water fast on april foos' day (planning on another week+ long fast starting next monday, my parents both wanna do at least 3 days with me too. I went from 260lbs about 6 months ago to 236 on the morning of March 8 when I started my fast, though I did have lunch that day where I saw a documentary that inspired me to try this, to 210 on April 1. Hovering around 216 now), im putting together a youtube video on my experience right now, here's a small excerpt:

"Another way I think of it is, sugar is like coc aine, right. So raw sugarcane, and natural, unprocessed sugars in fruits and vegetables and whole foods are like the coca leaf. Natural, mild, non addictive, and really not bad for you. Then we have the powder, coc aine hydrochloride, right, I think of these as the sugar we have in our pantries - refined powder sugar that we use for flavoring, you know, a little bit here and there won’t really hurt you, and putting a spoonful of sugar in a cup of tea in the morning isn’t really gonna cause any problems. Then we have the REALLY scary stuff, the rock, the freebase, the crack coc aine that RUINS individuals’ lives and DESTROYS entire communities. This is highly processed, STRONGLY addictive stuff like high fructose corn syrup, fruit juice concentrates, maltose, glucose, pretty much any ingredient that ends in -ose, and ALL these other ingredients that we can’t even pronounce. THIS stuff REALLY bad for us. Ideally, we should consume NONE of these things, they shouldn't even EXIST. These companies LITERALLY FORMULATE ingredients to get us ADDICTED and CONSUMING MORE of their products, JUST like a drug. They pay off and threaten politicians, JUST like a cartel. And it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to avoid them in today’s world, ESPECIALLY in the U.S. Like, when I think about it, it’s really HEARTBREAKING what they not only enable, but PUSH us to do to our own communities, to ourselves, and especially to our children. Honestly, once I REALIZED how WICKED our food environment today is, I REALLY wished that i could never have to eat AGAIN."

After seeing member Rolci's threads on here, I for one believe him. I'm not joking when I say I want to become a practicing breatharian before I die. Buuuut if I never make that goal, I'm at least going to continue doing extended fasts, at least for one week, annually. I believe this is what Dr. Goldhamer said he does in one of the dozens of documentaries/interviews I've heard this month, and after my 23 days of not eating a single bite of food, I KNOW it's sustainable.

Nice analogy there about sugar and crack c0caine Sakiale.

Did you watch the first video in the first post (around 12:20)?

Apparently the USDA 'federal nutrition guidelines' recommend 10% added sugar for two year old children.

The reason being 95% of the people who make the USDA guidelines in have a 'conflict of interest' with big food or big pharma companies (basically they are being bribed).

Yes. I was raised vegetarian, and when I was a child my mom was very low energy, easily exhausted, with hives and pain all over. She figured out by the time I was a teenager that it was all the processed foods, we used to eat McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and frozen TV dinners often because she didn't have the energy to cook. She would have to take several trips to bring the groceries in, laying down for 10 minutes after each bag. Even the water is a lie, the idea that we need 8 cups of water per day comes from a 1945 'study' that was based on absolutely no scientific evidence. The Buddhist monk who has been most influential to my mother frequently said that today's people '飲苦食毒' - 'drink bitterness and consume poison' (I don't think he invented the phrase but he mentioned it regularly). As a kid she tried all sorts of remedies including enemas, disgusting wheat grass juice (I probably wouldn't hate it nowadays), and even urine therapy (thankfully that's one thing she didn't force me to participate in, although I think she made my dad do it with her). It wasn't until she figured out to cut out all the unnatural, addictive, poison in our diets that she finally became healthy, and now at 63 years old, she is healthier than most people in America half her age. My dad is also the healthiest of his siblings by FAR, although after experiencing near-morbid obesity and all sorts of associated health problems, most of my aunts and uncles have become more health-conscious and embarked on their own journeys towards taking their own bodies back from the big junk food cartel control. She is still extremely sensitive - like our family's canary in a coal mine - so our diet now consists mostly of fresh, organic fruits & vegetables, rice, legumes, pickled/fermented probiotic things, and homemade bread & noodles. She also gives and receives often among her Buddhist friends, garden fresh vegetables that are much bigger and fresher than what we get in supermarkets and even farmer's markets, not to mention free, and other things we've cooked. I made a delicious lentil soup to break my fast, full of fresh curry leaves, fresh turmeric, curry powder, fennel, dill, carrots, spinach, and lemon juice. None of my immediate family (meaning my parents and I) have been to a doctor in several years.

For all the flack Eddie B gets, deservedly so I might add, he really hit the nail on the head with the eggs and bacon with a side of OJ thing. That is like the default American breakfast. Although I don't eat bacon, I tend to have my eggs with rice and occasionally those flat sausage patties, with diced onions, tomatoes, chilli peppers and cilantro. Maybe a nice salsa as well.
