Does it stop trans people from giving make-up lessons to kids?

Yes.

There is nothing in this bill that prohibits trans people "promoting" their life style to children.

you know, it's real weird, but i went and did some googling, and the only links i can find with Jazz herself as a primary source - actual quotes and interviews and such, y'know - talk about how life in the public spotlight is hard, with a major theme being that she wants to be seen as "just a woman" but as a known transgender media figure she is subjected to intense scrutiny and ostracization and has to act as a role model and a figurehead rather than just being herself.

In order to find the narrative that you and ol timmy boy are pushing here, i had to go to paarazzi gossip column pages where they watch an episode of her reality tv show where she says she's unhappy and then write an "article" going THIS POOR CHILD IS UNHAPPY AND THAT MEANS THEY WERE FORCED INTO TRANS OH MY GOD AND ALSO I JUST FOUND OUT NEOVAGINAS NEED TO BE UPKEPT THATS ICKY I DON'T LIKE IT I THINK IT'S GROSS THIS IS CHILD ABUSE

i leave it to the jury to decide which is closer to reality and which is reflecting a pre-existing bias in the author.

They all know its more than just the "trans" situation.

They try to make it out as just that, so they dont get the light shown on all the other BS like porn and even CHILD PORN being proposed in books to, not just teens but PRETEENS and kids in middle school. Along with the Drag queens twerking on and infront of kids, the mutiliation of body parts, and deplatforming REAL women to the point they are getting death threats because they are ACTUAL women.

There are many episodes and episodes of this girl talking about her very large issue with depression and other mental illness along with her mother making horrible statements about MAKING her dialate.

I give it 2 years before this young person comes out wishing they had never done this surgery, or worse.

There are LOTS of young people coming out against all this and about their regret, go look up Chloe Cole and her affiliations

This has gone from a Legitimate mental disorder where some ADULTS found solice in transitioning (yet still being a much higher suicide rate)

To a fad and fetish now being SHOVED down the throats of the rest of the populace and targeting CHILDREN

There is absolutely no excuse for that and it should not be tolerated at any level

absolutely incredible. Here you ACKNOWLEDGE that she hasn't said anything about regretting transition. You just think she WILL because of YOUR OWN thoughts and feelings, and then act like it's a foregone conclusion. Meanwhile, in reality, what she has said is that she just wants to be treated like a normal woman and be left alone. Which of course you ignore because "trans people would feel a lot better about things if they weren't relentlessly attacked by people who think transition is bad and they'd be normal members of society if they were left alone" doesn't exactly back up your worldview now does it

some people regret transition, yes. there is a regret rate for EVERY SINGLE MEDICAL PROCEDURE, believe it or not. Trans regret is way lower than the regret levels of, say, women getting breast implants. Should we stop doing knee reconstructions because some guy in idaho regretted it?

If regret is something you actually care about, the only way i see to realistically reduce it is to make it a normal thing that people know all the facts about. Keep it as this desperate shady exotic perversion it's seen as now and you're going to keep on having desperate kids running away from home looking for anything to fill the gap in their heart and settling on this strange alluringly provocative thing that actually doesn't suit them. Bring it out of the shadows, demystify it, make it normal, and you'll reduce the regret. magic.

the reason the trans suicide rate is so high is because trans people have been treated so poorly in the last few decades. Studies have shown that when a trans person is affirmed in their gender and supported in their transition, the suicide rate drops rapidly back to the baseline for their demographic.


god it's weird, it's almost like the solution for every "i'm just worried about the kids involved" type argument involves actually giving trans people support. SO the question now becomes, do you actually want to help these people, or was that a bad faith argument?

In the example cited, the female cheerleaders are performing legally. However, the trans person, dressed the same, doing the same routine is breaking the law. That's not equal protection under the law, where one group has rights and the other doesn't, given the same circumstance.
