It sounds like each payment to Cohen is being treated as a separate instance. If that's the case, then the falsifying business records charges alone could total almost 50 years.

That still leaves a lot of charges though. My guess is that there's a number of tax related charges in there, but I don't know what the rest could be.

So we are supposed to believe the DA presented enough actual evidence for all those charges to stick? If and when. Most of those charges are probably "trumped" up.

Certainly, you aren't blind to the possible political aspects of this. Don't get me wrong is guilty this is completely fine, but let's not act as if politics is not a part of this. I know you are more intelligent than that...
