And now that adversarial countries are beginning to catch up on certain technology we are doing things like AATEP or whatever they’re called to log and investigate every instance to make sure it’s us and not them. And yes the left hand most of the time does not know what the right is doing so it’s totally normal for one service to see something another branch has and not know what it is and call it a uap. It’s still probably ours. But we need to investigate it anyways to make sure it’s not theirs (china )
