The Delphi method - foisting a pre-arranged outcome on you while pretending you have a voice.

It's all an illusion. It's a rigged game. They are pretending that they care what you think, they are pretending that they're inviting your feedback & suggestions in order to arrive at the most democratic solution - when in actual fact, they already know exactly what they want to accomplish, and every meeting, survey & questionnaire, is only being used to mould your thinking to coalesce your opinions around the outcomes that they have intended for a long time.

It's known as the Delphi Method, it's been used since the Cold War to anonymously coalesce a bunch of experts around a consensus opinion - but at some point, some genius figured out it could be used to manipulate people's thoughts, feelings & ideas in a way that makes you, the victim, believe that the outcome came partly as the result of the feedback you provided, when in actual fact, the entire consultation (any circumstance where they invite your opinion or participation supposedly in order to 'shape the process/decision') has been manipulated to channel you/the remainder of the consulted public, towards the outcome that they have decided is to be the outcome, usually way in advance. They've used it for years to manipulate elements of Agenda 21/2030 into place, levering people's minds to fit the mould that they have already determined.

Most recently it's been used to great effect in school PTA meetings (against what I'm calling the 'Okay Groomer movement', etc). They WANT you to get angry & disruptive, so they can cause you to appear as the outsider, the irrational one, facing condemnation from the rest of the group, the public shame factor, peer pressure, etc. They can also set Homeland Security on you (or the newly militarised IRS) if you become a frequent flier at these events.

It's been used here in the UK with regards to the 15 minute city proposals which they levered into place quietly with the exact types of meetings where the Delphi Method is used, and it's only after those 'consultations' (as if they really care what we think) that the public actually becomes aware of what these people are doing. So we are thankfully seeing a rather massive protest movement around that 15 minute city issue here in the UK now, though how effective it will be remains to be seen.

Most worryingly, to avoid the public scrutiny of meetings completely, the Bank of England (British central bank, equivalent to Federal Reserve) has launched a 'consultation' on their proposal (which is actually a DECISION, not a proposal) to implement a UK-based Central Bank Digital Currency, using seedy Delphi techniques IN THE FORM OF AN ONLINE SURVEY, where there is no way to dissent whatsoever, which is not even remotely admitted to make use of the feedback they get. The questions are so blatantly crafted to enforce their predetermined 'solution' that it is quite literally laughable, if it weren't so terrifying a prospect. There is no way to make your objections known in any meaningful way whatsoever, and they don't even make a pretence at ensuring this is a democratic decision for the nation. They don't even want a parliamentary debate on the matter. They are using their laughable survey to pretend that the public were 'consulted', as though it's some sort of referendum..

Usually petitions are quite useless things, unless you can promote them widely, and ensure that enough votes are accrued to force public debate here in the UK in the House of Commons, equivalent (sort of) to Congress in the States. In this instance, it seems likely that a petition with a hundred thousand signatures WILL be necessary to force some public debate on the matter, because otherwise there is no legitimate way to object to the overall proposal. Instead, their survey pretends it is offering minor tweaks to their main proposal, and those tweaks are what we are allegedly being 'consulted' on. In fact there is no consultation of any sort. In this instance it is clear that 'they' have already decided that we WILL have CBDCs in the UK - the only thing they offer is precisely nothing. No form of protest will be heard in any meaningful way, unless we can expose the manipulative, pseudo-consultation which will accomplish precisely NOTHING for those of us who are opposed in principle to the entire CBDC system, knowing as we do that it offers top-down, complete coervice control over every citizen, by virtue of being able to turn off the money tap whenever we dissent & step outside of bounds.

James Corbett of the Corbett Report discusses this UK CBDC 'consultation' in the linked video HERE, and sadly even he cannot see any way for us to avoid the Delphi Technique being used to foist CBDCs on the unsuspecting British people at the current time. The only thing I can foresee being in any way capable of putting a stop to the blatant Delphi manipulation, and CBDCs themselves, is a VERY PUBLIC petition & viral marketing campaign which warns people in the UK of the dangers of CBDCs, with regards to how they will INEVITABLY be used for totalitarian control once they have been put in place - look at what mild Canada did to the truckers! We do not need, and should not want CBDCs, and I hope you will stand with me in sharing the warning about this despicable Delphi manipulation to all & sundry, wherever in the UK you may be (or anywhere in the world for that matter, as they WILL launch it everywhere, if they find they can launch it anywhere). They're starting with the UK it seems, perhaps other places too, but they will roll it out everywhere if they can.

I've spoken before in previous threads, mainly before the Ukraine War was used to distract us from all the horrible COVID-related manipulations that the WEF was involved with, planning our dystopian future - to exclaim loudly that if 'they' can shoehorn CBDCs into place, then we have literally lost the game, forever, barring armed revolution. Because immediately after the widespread implementation of CBDCs, they can implement a system of top-down control which shuts down all dissent & intimidates EVERYONE into doing as they're told, because otherwise, the money tap gets turned off for the dissenters, on a personal basis, and it won't get switched back on until they backtrack in their opinions & withdraw their dissent. Publicly, I would guess. Or you simply won't hear from them again.

These are dangerous waters my friends. I ask you to think not on my controversial 'flat Earth' beliefs, because in this case, I am 100% & without question unerringly correct in my position on the matter. If they can launch widespread CBDCs, we have lost the war for freedom in our times. Forever. We would be in the territory Orwell described as a 'boot, stomping on a human face, forever'. Please stand together on this issue & help to work out some strategies. If James Corbett is a bit flummoxed by the bind which the Bank of England has us locked in here, then the times are dire indeed. We need solutions, and we need them now. The online-only 'consultation' on CBDCs runs only for another couple of months, then we'd be waiting for the (quiet) report, and the (loud) rollout. There are no other steps to get in the way of them achieving their demonic agenda 2030 if we allow them this advance. There are no two ways about it -we need to steal a march on the Enemy. We need solutions. ASAP.

"Forever" is an extreme word in mortal matters. The brave warriors fight and fight. It ends when God ends it.
In the sense of a fleeting lifetime, "forever" is the measure of it, possibly until the next generation acts differently.

CBDC is more of the same slavery. It ends when the collective of individuals ends it. IRS wants a shootout. Horrible notion.

Until procedure is implemented to oblige federal and state heads to say "our survey confirms that a majority consensus of our municipality says, yay or nay" instead of appointing these professionals to do ALL of our thinking for us, our decisions are made by default with or without signatures from the constituency

I think we're a little way off from having the right to a Commons debate on the subject of widely supported petitions withdrawn, but absolutely, if that right were to be withdrawn, then we would have absolutely no way to have our objections heard.

And of course 'they' have been working hard to massage numbers in the House of Commons when petition issues are heard, through the use of 'forum sliding' techniques - by focusing on stacking other 'heavy hitting' debates near to the petition issue debate, so that the allegedly more weighty issue gets the most press coverage the next day.

And of course they manipulate the press, so you can see they are gradually seeking to withdraw all forms of official & public dissent. Defanged media & a loss of genuine public consultation. They feel confident, and indeed we are close to the collapse of those means of dissent - this is part of the reason I believe that simply emplacing CBDCs will be the end of dissent. We have almost lost the means of dissent as it is, in any meaningful way - if we are suddenly risking our access to finances & other resources, by dissenting, then nobody will utter a peep when they decide to stop paying attention to petitions.

We could say we're therefore now at roughly 'one second to midnight' in the 'Freedom Apocalypse' clock.

We need some sort of solution to this dilemma. I say that a petition to enforce debate is the only reasonably useful solution, but for it to be effective in gathering the required 100,000 signatures, a viral marketing campaign targeting social media users on multiple platforms, both regular (Facebook, Twitter) & alternative (Telegram, Gab), will be necessary.

I'm also going to send the URL for this thread to the GB News team here in the UK, a legitimate media organisation who are on our side, who don't want to see such horrible financial policies enacted in the UK, who care about these issues. We the citizens of the world will turn back to a barter and trade system. No worries, we'll all end up pulling together (for the most part) and helping each other; just watch. They have been working very hard on dividing us, but once this crap is real, and people withdrawal from the attachment of our leaders, we'll pull together for one another.
I do see the "mark" being set up with the digital currency. But that's what we've been waiting for my whole life, so we'll see what actually comes to fruition.
People aren't going to band together on social media. Unless it somehow makes them more glamorous in the eyes of others. But once all that is shut down, and people have to rely on the face to face, life to life socialization, and people are starting to go hungry, and are humbled to beg for food, then we will see a rise in loving each other. and taking care of each other's needs.
There's one thingthey absolutely don't want us thinking: That we don't need them and would do just fine without them because people would genuinely help each other in the darkest of times. Someone else posted about the great depression and how people actually pulled together for one another. We'll do that again when we need to.
Whatever will be will be. Let it ride. Just remember, "Do not fear them."

If the governments or the elites are commonly seen as the enemy. Then they become the common enemy. They really do govern by consent. The black market will pop up like mushrooms. The only thing in question is what will be the alternative currency of trade.

I think we'll see total global anarchy sometime in the near future.
Or we'll all be slaves soon and we'll just march on and one day realize "I love big brother."
One or the other, possibly one then the other.

Of course, one wonders if Charles3 would have any say in having historic significance of being first monarch to not have coins or paper bearing his image, foisted upon him. Perhaps a UK CBDC would have a digital design that does not exclude him. Postage stamps are due to go fully digital but nonetheless, paper stamps are being introduced with his silhouette.

Derren Brown works on the premise that given, even open ended options, most people will choose common and well recognised examples (when asked to name an animal, some 90% of people will say elephant; asked to name a number, similar % will say '7').

Aggressive viral, direct and indirect marketing works. It's how in the pre www 1990's and without survey staff ever mentioning the word butter, the EU 'butter mountain' was sold in shops to unsuspecting shoppers.

The Delphi method seems to work by appealing to and seeking overt response from, positive traits that make us human e.g. moral indignation and then using that to ridicule and discredit those that are prepared to stand up and be counted.

Using the 100,000 signatory trigger to force debate in parliament; who will debate whom on this issue? Can the Establishment infiltrated 'official opposition' be relied upon to represent the interests of anything other than the establishment? Will the debate follow scripts devised by the same propagandists and mind manipulators as those currently selling CBDC? And are those hucksters in the employ of extranational NGO fascists?
