Sure, there's some humble pie in the oven waiting for you.

By the end of March at the latest Bakhmut will be under Russian control.

I notice you haven't provided a shred of synopsis on the tactical situation or the actual conflict. I guess hopes and prayers for a Ukrainian victory is all they need.

Jeezus.

Your way or the highway?

So much for reasoned and polite discussion on ATS.

You have not discussed Bakhmut at all on this thread.

Get off your high horse and try to tolerate opinions other than your own.

"You are not in this thread to discuss Bakhmut... you are here to cheer on Ukraine and to ensure that every piece of information presented is held to that high, uninformed, knee-jerk standard of "Ukraine 100% perfect; Russia 100% imperfect."

Excuse me?

I have tried my best to get folk like you to discuss Bakhmut which is the topic of this thread but you continue to rant about me.

You are completely intolerant of other folks opinions and your posts about me are Ill mannered.

Call yourself a MOD?

Good day to you.

No, my last attempt was met with your ridicule so why bother.

You asked for my opinion on how the conflict for the city would pan out, i provided it. Nothing is certain in war, time will tell.

Evidence of what?

Geo-location data from Russian troops posting from the front lines tells you exactly what advances are being made and when.

But i'm sure a strategic genius like yourself already employs such techniques to monitor the battlefield.

Your way or the highway?

That's real cute coming from someone who claims anyone who doesn't agree with them is a Russian sympathizer.

I am... was... trying to learn about what is happening at Bakhmut. I tend to do that... keep my trap shut until I at least think I know what I am talking about. The only reason I posted was to counter your anti-Russian rhetoric. This conflict is going to have some severe consequences beyond the borders of Ukraine, and I want to try and keep up with what's happening. I can't do that when you are busy insulting posters who might actually know what they are talking about.

I really would like to hear what Grenade thinks, even if it might not be best for Ukraine.

You earlier mentioned something about Russia attempting to sever Ukrainian supply lines? I would like for you to expound on that, if you will.

Way to shut me down.

So much for polite debate on here or mutual respect.

From a MoD?

I give up.

How I'll mannered and rude can you get?

What a perfect comment.

In your espousing or signaling of virtue, youve left yourself out of the equation.

Kind of a microcosm of whats happening in Ukraine with Russia and NATO.

Youve put a smile on my face this day!

You certainly do, sadly.

Anyway, I bow to your superior general cancelling of my opinions.

I give up.

I will leave you to your apologies for Putins war.

Let's see how it pans out?

I have no idea what "signalling of virtue" actually means but I suspect it might be a keyboard warrior type nonsense thing?

I believe the only remaining direct ground support is now from the West which looking at the maps only has one clear path to the Ukrainian front line unopposed. T0504 from Ivanivske looks like it's contested and the only other major road still under Ukrainian control looks to be from Khromove. Apologies it's not the Siversk-Bakhmut highway, that was their previous main route which is now under Russian control. You can see what i mean by pincer movement in the current map below.

Cheer up Carp. Youve made me smile.

All this unprovoked badgering of you complete with the ill mannered, rude posts is a violation of your sovereignity and you should call NATO...directly!

Putins war

It wasnt Russia that started the war, nor conflict.

Remember your hero victoria nuland and among other US state officials visiting their protestors in Kiev? in 2013? congratulating themselves on a job well done.

Even as far with Nuland giving the protestors some bread loaf treats.

If only Ukraine and its Ukrainian polticans that were favored by US Gov actually followed through the Minsk agreements none of this war would had happened.
