He may have been referring to the FBI and capitol police

It's not illegal in America to belong to a militia.

Yet.

So, 10 possible insurrectionists. Against the full might of the Federal government.

LOL

Names and cases of those wrongly indicted from Tucker, because of new evidence on these tapes, please and thank you.

And Sedition and Insurrection carry the same penalty. It's not like Sedition is a lessor offense. Defenders of them are just playing semantics.

Another I am here just to witness how many different logical fallacies are going to be used.

Well, you like to watch if memory serves.

You witness away.

You just used 3 different fallacies in one post and never even grazed the facts in the videos

I think you are confusing fallacies with facts.

The fact is your courts flung out the election fraud claims about 70 times or thereabouts.

The fact is around 1,003 people have been charged over the 6th of January capitol riots and found guilty thus far, the majority of such now in gaol or heading there.

Because its a fact of the matter that a large proportion of the people found guilty and incarcerated surrounding the 6th have been connected to militia or groups that contain anti-authority violent extremists.

Facts are important, maybe not so much where the likes of Tucker Carlson are concerned.

But to judges and authorities, the facts and evidence are decidedly important.

...and again, all that and you basically said, "Tucker bad".

Lmfao, that's literally the crux of the whole ordeal, why you're so triggered over Tucker revealing the truth while ignoring House democrats skewed perspective that you've become a hopeless hypocrite 🤭 I mean, how sad is that?

Tucker Carlson literally destroyed your views and perspective within 30 mins and all you can say is Tucker Bad?

Come now, you can do better than that, we already told you that being ignorant is no excuse.

As for "Respect", I don't see any reason why I should respect an ignorant hypocritical user crying about Tucker while ignoring House democrats one sided view, that 41,000 hrs of unreleased footage kinda dumps a big carolina steamer on your face.

Goodness me.

I'm certainly anti-authoritarian. Not violent though.

Am I on a list?

Garbage in, garbage out.
Your memory is filled with garbage.
I am not the topic.
Your logical fallacies are an exercise in futility.

All the videos about to be exposed to public view validates facts and exposes the fallacies for what they are.
Nancy is gone forever but he laptop will live in infamy along with the thousands of hours of a largely pieceful protest against an insurrection lead by Nancy Pelosi

Because if you've followed any of the cases, they have said it. Including delays because they had to review it.

So you are saying, unequivocally, that the defense had access to all of the tapes, everything.

Correct?

Yet why is it that this (through Tucker) is the first we're seeing it?

Well, you also doubt that an insurrection(failed sorts) took place

No, we actually just know what the definition of an insurrection is, and what happened on Jan 6th ain't it.

I did not suggest you were violent DBCowboy.

As to list i suppose we are all on a multitude of different lists.

I mean they will probably just have one for ATS if we are honest.

Tucker told the truth? Yet he left out the video of Chansley pushing against the police line, of his group breaking the windows to first gain access into the building.

So what truth? It's well documented in court that Fox will tell you things that even they believe and know are not true.

All charged with insurrection? Really?

Many of which had multiple links to militia groups or groups with anti-authority violent extremists.

Yes... militia groups like the FBI (cough-Ray-Epps-cough), the CIA, etc.

Call it as you please but they are not in jail for having a party.

Any of them who actually engaged in violence deserve to be prosecuted.

Grandma who just wandered into the Capitla as part of a peaceful group who were waved in by the Capital Police? Not so much.

But a multitude of other charges backed by actual evidence to which they were found guilty in your courts of law.

No, actually, the vast majority iof not all were plea bargains, which are essentially forced on people due to the overwhelming resources and power of the federla government to just hold them in solitary confinement until they agree.

Thou know not of what thou speaketh.

And how does any of this negate him illegally being in the building and stopping the electoral process. He broke through a police line and first entrance into the building was by a broken window. Again if he was too stupid to understand breaking a police line to enter a building may be criminal, I cannot help.

It was my colon you were more interested in last time if memory serves.

Yeh let's see if these alleged videos you place so much stock in hold up in actual courts of law, and then you can make that claim.

Nancy is gone forever but he laptop will live in infamy along with the thousands of hours of a largely pieceful protest against an insurrection lead by Nancy Pelosi

Aye need to be really careful at the ""pieceful"" protests, as there is not really much ""peace"" to be had.

I've actually won the argument.
Te left didn't release all the evidence.

Please do provide details of anyone wrongfully charged or convicted because they were denied access to exculpatory evidence that would have proven their innocence.

I don't even think Tucker Carlson is making such inane claims.

so you didn't watch the video. Noted.
