It's not illegal in America to belong to a militia.
Yet.
Another I am here just to witness how many different logical fallacies are going to be used.
You just used 3 different fallacies in one post and never even grazed the facts in the videos

Because its a fact of the matter that a large proportion of the people found guilty and incarcerated surrounding the 6th have been connected to militia or groups that contain anti-authority violent extremists.

Names and cases of those wrongly indicted from Tucker, because of new evidence on these tapes, please and thank you.

Well, you like to watch if memory serves.
You witness away.
You just used 3 different fallacies in one post and never even grazed the facts in the videos
I think you are confusing fallacies with facts.
The fact is your courts flung out the election fraud claims about 70 times or thereabouts.
The fact is around 1,003 people have been charged over the 6th of January capitol riots and found guilty thus far, the majority of such now in gaol or heading there.

Because if you've followed any of the cases, they have said it. Including delays because they had to review it.

Well, you also doubt that an insurrection(failed sorts) took place
No, we actually just know what the definition of an insurrection is, and what happened on Jan 6th ain't it.

Nearly 1,003 people have been charged over the 6th of January capitol insurrection thus far or thereabouts.
Many of which had multiple links to militia groups or groups with anti-authority violent extremists.
Call it as you please but they are not in jail for having a party.
But a multitude of other charges backed by actual evidence to which they were found guilty in your courts of law.

So you are saying, unequivocally, that the defense had access to all of the tapes, everything.
Correct?
Yet why is it that this (through Tucker) is the first we're seeing it?
Garbage in, garbage out.
Your memory is filled with garbage.
I am not the topic.
Your logical fallacies are an exercise in futility.
All the videos about to be exposed to public view validates facts and exposes the fallacies for what they are.
Nancy is gone forever but he laptop will live in infamy along with the thousands of hours of a largely pieceful protest against an insurrection lead by Nancy Pelosi

I've actually won the argument.
Te left didn't release all the evidence.
Please do provide details of anyone wrongfully charged or convicted because they were denied access to exculpatory evidence that would have proven their innocence.
I don't even think Tucker Carlson is making such inane claims.
