This is the Capitol with a few million people on the outside.

Ummm... a few million? Really?

So, if you get that number so woefully badly wrong, why should anyone believe anything that you have to say?

Those are Rolling Stone's words. Can you supply anything from McCarthy's office stating the dump was exclusive?

And NPR.
I'm tired of doing your homework for you.
How about you show me who else McCarthy released all 44,000 hours of tapes to, besides Tucker Carlson.

Well, you also doubt that an insurrection(failed sorts) took place

No, we actually just know what the definition of an insurrection is, and what happened on Jan 6th ain't it.

Nearly 1,003 people have been charged over the 6th of January capitol insurrection thus far or thereabouts.

Many of which had multiple links to militia groups or groups with anti-authority violent extremists.

Call it as you please but they are not in jail for having a party.

But a multitude of other charges backed by actual evidence to which they were found guilty in your courts of law.

Aye, you know better than the judges and the law.

The thing is though, that's simply not the case or anything reminiscent of such.

Nor likely to be anytime soon.

I've actually won the argument.
Te left didn't release all the evidence.

Please do provide details of anyone wrongfully charged or convicted because they were denied access to exculpatory evidence that would have proven their innocence.

I don't even think Tucker Carlson is making such inane claims.

Um, obviously he did.

Apparently you have not watched the video.

It's not illegal in America to belong to a militia.

Yet.

How many of them were charged with insurrection? I mean, you can't realistically call it an insurrection without people actually being charged as such, can you?

Did he name anyone wrongfully indicted because of evidence in those tapes? No? That' what I thought.

Again
1. defense lawyers had access to video of their client.
2. Tucker did not show you the video of Chansley pushing against the police line with others to get to the building. I posted it in one of these threads.

3. Tucker did not show the first person who broke the window to enter the building and then the door was opened/ broken to let him and others in.

4. Tucker does not discuss the 30 officers investigated/suspended and/or diciplined for their actions that day. We do know it happened, feel free to search, we also know as in the case of the off duty Capitol officer who obstructed one of the cases that some were sympathetic to "Patriots".

5. Chansley pled guilty to the crimes he committed.

6. During an investigation into the cops that day they stated they were unprepared, overwhelmed and felt if they tried to arrest or detain the group inside, they would have been overrun and extreme violence would have erupted.

7. If you have to break through police to get into a building, it's highly likely that a sane person would realize you may be breaking the law to enter the building the cops were trying to stop you from entering.

8. Stupidity is not an excuse for breaking a law.

To my knowledge, none of the people found guilty for the multitude of offenses they committed and have been incarcerated for are doing time for simply being part of a militia.

I don't see them ever banning American people from being part of a militia given the links there is to the second amendment, to be honest.

That one would be shot down like a lead balloon.

Apparently, it is rather hard to prosecute a person for insurrection in the USA underpass61.

But they did not need to given the multitude of other offenses they openly committed and even captured, and bragged about on camera or social media.

How do you know that since the thousands of hours of tape were kept hidden away from everyone except those on the J6 panel.

How many of them were charged with insurrection?

Oath Keepers leader, 10 others charged with 'seditious conspiracy' in Jan. 6 Capitol attack

Leader of Proud Boys and Four Other Members Indicted in Federal Court For Seditious Conspiracy and Other Offenses Related to U.S. Capitol Breach

Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that tends toward rebellion against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent toward, or insurrection against, established authority.

Another I am here just to witness how many different logical fallacies are going to be used.

You just used 3 different fallacies in one post and never even grazed the facts in the videos

You're gonna need a lot more Tonic to drown your sorrows

I would need to be sorry first would i not?

As to matters of time, do you mean the hard time all those poor saps are doing for their troubles per-chance?

Same ones convicted in your courts?

The same courts that tossed out the daft-arsed claims of election fraud that you keep on harping on about.

To be honest, sometimes it's more of a cringe as opposed to a grin.

Have fun in Qanonaland all the same, time indeed will tell, same as it kind of already has for those poor saps.

Because if you've followed any of the cases, they have said it. Including delays because they had to review it.
