But they did, some were arrested before they reached the Capitol, some were arrested on the grounds. The Oath Keepers kept a stash just outside DC according to them to be brought in after they held the building.

But don't ask me, y'all are the ones claiming they were too dumb to even plan anything and only did what they did because a guy outed as a fed came back the next day and convinced them to commit crimes.

Really? Could you provide some names of those who never stepped in the building or Grounds in violation of laws or were violent yet were charged? I'd like to look up their cases on the DOJ Breach site.

You do realize that many many people did not sit in jail until their cases were finalized right? Sullivan isn't the only one.

Many people charged were allowed to go Mexico on vacation, to other states for weddings, football games etc. Heck 2 of them just took off their ankle monitors and fled before their court date this past Monday.

They need a judge to confirm reality. Some people can think for themselves and perceive the ruthlessness of real world politics, others live in some fantasy where they think freedom is handed to them as they blindly trust the authoritarians who rule them because they tell them what they want to hear and smile.
