Since when are foxnews hosts the litmus test. Most conservatives and nearly all Trump supporters have been fully aware fox News is compromised, has been for a while. The election where 5 states stop counting votes for over a week and many other questionable numbers/votes along with over 5k affidavits of election workers and others witnessing election fraud was ample evidence to pause the certification of the election and investigate. Hell they stopped counting votes and would not continue, in some states for days. It was not at all odd for many to question what was going on, over 5k signed sworn affidavits. Stop pretending people who wanted the vote tallies to be sent back to the states for more scrutiny did not have good cause. Who cares what fox News hosts thought.

Here's the thing you seem to be ignoring. Footage of people being violent and breaking the law is proof that people were being violent and breaking the law. Footage not showing people being violent nor breaking the law does not prove that that people weren't being violent nor breaking the law.

The J6 committee was focused on the violence and law breaking going on that day so of course they're going to show the footage that shows those things.

What exactly does Tucker's footage prove?

Because this thread is about what he showed the other day. How showing what happened after a guy committed a crime in any way negates the crime itself I still can't figure out. You believe that is more important than the crime itself that was shown? I've seen pictures of Nazis walking around Paris, does that negate the crimes they did? They were just tourists?

Do we get a new thread of what he showed yesterday? I thought he claimed he would be showing stuff all week? Or we need to pause this thread until you decide he's done?

BTW...THAT is considered 'exculpatory' evidence...to anyone charged with contributing to the "murder" of Brian Sicknick.

But this video does not show that he was escorted in. Chansley was with the group that fought the police line to get to the building and then broke windows and doors to gain entry. We've seen that video.

ETA: anytime I've toured some place I've never had to break a police line and windows and doors to get my "tour", just saying.

What's the lie? Chansley is on video and admitted to the crimes he did, that Tucker did not show. The J6 Committee showed additional video of Chansley also walking in the building. Where is the lie? He did both.

What you don't seem to comprehend is: If you are invited inside, then by the very definition of the word you are not trespassing.

And we are now seeing video that proves that the people who entered the Capitol building were, in fact, allowed inside by the police, with nothing to suggest anything more than a shrug and a "Sure, OK" attitude on the cops' part.

It proves that the charges of trespassing were groundless. And it correlates with the fact that almost all off the people who entered the Capitol were well behaved, and freely exited the building when they were asked to do so.

It you've got any further problem, then it's with the police who allowed the public to enter.
