It's not about what is seen. We know this, we've seen this. Why did Tucker show only this with Chansley? Why not him going through the broken door? Why show Sicknick walking? How is this the first time? And how does this negate illegally entering the building,interrupting an official proceeding (what Chansley was charged with) and all of the other violence that actually was occuring in other areas?

Ummm... the defendents attorney did not have any reason to state why mere seconds of video of his client would matter when they have already seen video from multiple angles of her committing the crime. So two or 20 seconds of her drinking water, or adjusting her hat, or speaking to someone will negate the crime she already committed or was about to commit? How's that work? What can occur after or before the crime that makes it not a crime? But they want to peruse 41,000 hours of video? And then have ats screech that she's not getting a speedy trial?

I watched it too. I saw a mostly peaceful protest, along with some very specific agitators and maga lemmings engaging in some violence and vandalism.

If you don't realize that our founding fathers abhorred democracies like the tyrannical governments that they were, then you are incapable of rationally discussing anything with respect to our Constitutional Republic.

One of it's foundational freedoms is the freedom to peacefully and patriotically make our voices heard, as President Trump suggested we do.

The fact that some law enforcement plants (both Capital Police and FBI) and Antifa actors infiltrated and engaged in acts of violence and vandalism is inarguable, and every single one of them should be punished and prosecuted - starting with Ray Epps and John Sullivan, but working the way up to those who arranged for them to be there and arranged for the lack of police presence to prevent things from escalating in the first place, including Pelosi and Schumer/McConnell.
