Prosecutors had to create a massive searchable database all defendants could access because the sheer amount of evidence the defense attorneys had to go through was slowing down the cases.
The evidence in the Jan. 6 investigations is overwhelming — literally

So the FBI made them do it?
That's like something a school wean comes away with standing in the headmaster's office.
Shifting the blame did not work back then any better than it does in the dock tanstaafl.
Do you think if the FBI had told them to jump off a bridge they would have done it?
They are all grown-ups or thereabout, maybe not in the head all the same, but responsible for there own actions nonetheless.

All I can say is that the law requires prosecutors, not persecutors, like those who charged Qanon Shaman guy, provide access to all evidence that they think could be exculpatory.
That means that any and all relative footage of Qamon Shaman guy would be made available for his defense.
Do you have any evidence that Qamon Shaman guy wasn't given access to relevant video, or are you going to go on and on about how he should have had access to footage that he wasn't in, in a place he didn't go, from an angle he can't be seen?

I don't see them ever banning American people from being part of a militia given the links there is to the second amendment, to be honest.

Apparently, it is rather hard to prosecute a person for insurrection in the USA underpass61.

So your entire argument is just an argument from ignorance?
I sat and watched the things he said behind that big piece of bulletproof glass not long before it all went breasts up at the capitol along with others if that's what you mean.
Did he cause it, or instigate what transpired?
Put it this way i think he knew the implications of his words.
And i think he got what he asked for that being an insurrection which ultimately failed.

Naw we seen it happen all over the TV and in real-time.
As to it started going south before he was finished speaking.
Well, he was egging them on and telling people it was going to all kickoff and to be in Washington DC about a week beforehand.
As to my hypocrisy, well its your ex-POTUS that's covered in the stuff by my guess.
Think the majority know all we need to about Trump, so there is that.
