The problem is they use people who don't pay their bills on time as an excuse to put tech into all vehicles that turn them into giant remote control cars. Then that tech is built in forever.

kinda like gun control and child mutilation

No offense to Yanks and I run one of these Fords................ Are the Ford production teams really capable of producing vehicles capable of locking out drivers? Holy smoke Ford still can't bond a door seal to a Focus door without it dropping off after a couple of years!

I had a Focus for 10 years. I zero issues with it outside of standard brake and tyres. Most reliable car I've owned.

Yankee Ford's might be better. Don't get me wrong they Re pretty good cars, they just get let down by certain things. Had to replace the de-gas pipe this weekend as it had split. Ford designed it in weak plastic and sited it just above the turbo!!!!!!!!! Changed it just before it overheated and only on 40,000 miles. Bad bad design on the 1 ltr ecoboost MK3.

I only owned one Ford in my life. A 1970 Ford Falcon. 200 straight 6 engine. I drove it all the way from Tampa Fl to Cleveland Ohio and back one year. It felt like going to the moon in that thing. Ultra reliable and built like a Sherman tank. Small but roomy enough that you could sleep in the back comfortably. Ford built some good cars.

i bet if they come up out with one, it will be the only part that doesn't break and cost thousands of dollars to repair. hell if it did break, they'd probably extend the warranty even when the car is sold after trade in.

You're new here eh?

No, it would break every other month (or week), be costly to repair, and be exempted from warranty coverage.

So don't buy a Ford. I had one once. Nothing but problems with it.
