Despite after the earthquakes in Syria and Turkey you would think that the US congress/senate would have some human compassion?
No of course they dont have any human compassion.

The House of Representatives are soulless.

US Lawmakers haven't learned anything from history.

US Lawmarkers are still in their foolish quest and fanasty still hoping that the majority of Syrians reject the Syrian goverment and start protesting the Syrian govt/Assad goverment for a regime change.

After 11,12 years isnt it already clear that the majority of Syrian people had rejected the American supported regime change in Syria and are still rejecting it?

The US still sees the so called "Syrian opposition" as moderates which are a brand tag of different Jihadist groups/fighters from other Arab Countries.

US lawmakers approve resolution to uphold economic sanctions on Syria

McCaul added that enforcing unilateral sanctions on Syria “must include disallowing any energy deal for Lebanon that benefits the Assad regime.”

McCaul after 11,12 years Americans not only had lost the Syrian proxy war in Syria but the regime change.

The energy that would go into Syria would go into the re construction efforts.

Which the US is delaying and stealing the Syrian oil preventing Syria from having access to their own enegry to rebuild their nation after 11 years.

When will the US lawmakers realize or come to the sensation that US lost the Syrian proxy war?

The Syrian people rejected the rebels as soon they entered Syria Aleppo, that was the beginning of the downfall for the Syrian opposition.

US forces are still occupying parts of Syria illegally.

Well, technically I guess.

As of February 2021, there are around 900 U.S. soldiers operating in Syria, according to the U.S. Department of Defense.

That's one whole military base.

www.newsweek.com...

The U.S. is among those that have pledged support. President Joe Biden said: "At my direction, senior American officials reached out immediately to their Turkish counterparts to coordinate any and all needed assistance. Our teams are deploying quickly to begin to support Turkish search and rescue efforts and address the needs of those injured and displaced by the earthquake." Rescue teams from fire departments in Los Angeles, California, are among those being sent to the area.

Yeah, that's what happens when you're welcome in a country versus not being allowed to provide humanitarian aid.

Syria would never let US rescue workers come in and help, you know this.

Only to Turkey the aid has gone to.

In Northern Syria where rebels, mostly Jihadist groups/HTS are still holding out.
No Aid from EU/US had came.

Turkey joining the EU was always a mixed bag. Some want in, others more with the Middle East. Then on the road to Israel, Syria is in the way. With Russia's help on Hitler, they got a port in Syria. With Ukraine on the road to Syria from Russia, more pressure there.

Sounds like things are getting hot in Israel these days, starting to wake up to the jab program?

Guess I cannot say I am surprised by such a vote. Thought a few more republicans might of wanted to push back on the Ukraine thing. Syria is a different issue, strong lobbying as well? I know that Muslim thing has some working out to do. Not all bad, but has some of it has a war culture similar to other religions.
