According to this source contaminated soil from the Ohio train derailment is headed to MI (way too close to a water source for comfort) and the contaminated water is headed to Deerpark, Texas (by train?).

Under the direction of the Ohio EPA, Norfolk Southern brought in large dump trucks to move contaminated soil to U.S. Ecology Wayne Disposal, a licensed hazardous waste disposal facility in Michigan.

The wastewater is being sent to Texas Molecular, which injects hazardous waste into the ground for disposal.

According to our Michigan government as inept as they are They didn’t authorize this

"The fact that many of these trucks today have come to Wayne County and Wayne County government not knowing that they're coming, which way they're coming, how safe the trucks are that are coming, is something that's got us all very irritated," Evans said. From the article above

The area they are dumping it, is right next to the Huron River. Which flows right into Lake Erie. This has become absurdly dangerous and handled more poorly than BP oil spill.

Just like BP, people will forget in a couple of months (if not weeks) and not consequences will be had for the ones responsible.

Throw in a little mystery dust falling in Maryland and Virginia. Set fire to numerous plants around the US, throwing more toxic crap into the atmosphere, right along the same time they reported a strong storm coming in that will cover almost the whole US, and then try to make it look like, "Move along now." "Nothing to see here."

Of all the industries that need hardcore monitoring, it's this kind of waste disposal.

They are paying some 'company' to 'handle this... taxpayer dollars... so they put this stuff in the ground, and viola! no more problem? Somehow, I don't believe it for even a second. Sounds like politician-think to me.

Why is everyone so eager to pay for this instead of the company who did it?

What’s with all the calls for bail outs?

Norfolk Southern is responsible.

Not Trumps regulations or rollbacks, not Biden, not FEMA. Norfolk Southern.

They are insured. They are a multi billion dollar company. They need to pay for this and be on the hook. Not the American people.

The article doesn't say if the transportation will have brake inspections 😳

What other past hazard materials are stored at these places? Do they have a record sheet? ☹️

Deerpark has long been a dumping ground.

I’m actually more inclined to agree with this guys take on the situation (see link). The author, Yoichi Shimatsu, thinks that the USA was going to use those chemicals to stage a false flag. He thinks the USA was going to make it look like Russia had attacked the Ukraine with chemical weapons. The use of chemical weapons violates Geneva Protocols (it is illegal)….providing an excuse for the UN to retaliate against Russia.

rense.com...

Train crash happened 2/3/2023. Train had unmarked tankers holding hazardous chemicals - someone was trying to move chemicals (precursors to chemical weapons) without anyone knowing. Read the article to see where the chemicals originated and where the author thinks that they were headed. The “we had to light the contents of the tankers on fire” excuse doesn’t really make sense. Multiple professionals have stated that lighting it on fire was not the best way to handle the situation. The government and the media has downplayed the situation. Biden made a surprise trip 2/20/2023 to the Ukraine to Zelenskyy face to face.

Either you got some bum information or you have an agenda to push.

The container cars were plainly marked. First responders knew what they were getting into. The proper precautions were taken. My Niece and her family live just outside of the evacuation zone. I know some of the Firefighters and Hazmat people who responded.

The Democrats attitude was that it was a Red County. They voted for Trump, screw them. Then they got called out on it. Right now the environmental bit is being pushed so that the Trial Lawyers can get involved. Earlier today I was babysitting my Niece's kids. Four times someone knocked on the door wanting to know who was representing them.

It is evident that the individuals in charge of this operation are highly intelligent.

Both waste disposal sites, located in Michigan and Texas, are situated close to bodies of water.

Furthermore, nothing could go wrong, right?
To reach the Texas site, one must traverse numerous states and travel across TX near Houston.

The site in Texas...
WARNING: Don't drink the water... or eat the fish!

“Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, Republican Governor Mike DeWine said he learned that the train cars were marked as non-hazardous, and thus officials weren't notified that the train would be crossing through the state.”

Source www.govexec.com...

“Ohio Governor Mike DeWine said it's "absurd" that the train which derailed on Feb. 3 in East Palestine wasn't classified as "high hazardous material," and is calling on Congress to take action. A train with 50 cars, 10 of them carrying vinyl chloride, derailed in East Palestine on Feb 3. The incident caused hazardous chemicals to spill onto the ground, and also sent a plume of smoke high into the air. DeWine said on Tuesday that the train wasn't considered a "high hazardous material train" because most of the rail cars didn't contain hazardous material, while some did.

Source www.foxnews.com...

“At a news conference, DeWine told reporters he was informed that the train was not considered a "high hazardous material train," so the state was not notified, prior to its derailment, that it was passing through.”

Also this..

“Vinyl chloride
CAS RN: 75-01-4
Shipment Methods / Regulations
No person may /transport,/ offer or accept a hazardous material for transportation in commerce unless that person is registered in conformance ... and the hazardous material is properly classed, described, packaged, marked, labeled, and in condition for shipment as required or authorized by ... /the hazardous materials regulations (49 CFR 171-177)./“

Source webwiser.nlm.nih.gov...

IMO - If the tankers were being moved by the Department of Defense..then all the usual “Hazardous Materials” transportation regulations would go out the window and the DOD procedures would be followed.
