QUESTION #1: If VLADIMIR PUTIN is such a ruthless, determined war commander, why has he allowed over 20 "enemy" VIP's and Heads-of-State to freely walk down the streets of Ukraine, with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy giving them tours? Why ask a "madman" to give you a break...and then TRUST that he will do so???
QUESTION #2: Since VLADIMIR PUTIN is suspending the Nuclear Agreements he made with the United States before Joe Biden became President, shouldn't we (the CIA or Military) find a way to remove Putin from power, before a major U.S. -vs- RUSSIA "Cold War" starts, and possibly escalates to a REAL Nuclear Conflict/War?

Sooo Biden had to ask for permission?
Yeah, I think it was more of a courtesy warning, than it was “asking for permission”.
It’s actually a show of dominance ain’t it?
Where coming though, so back down… lol.

Do you let your enemy know you're coming close to his country?
Or, do you not let him know?
Which is wisest?
The whole point of the US sending their commander and chief into a war zone was probably about establishing dominance… in which case, it makes total sense to publicly warn the enemy about it before hand.

Why is our President establishing dominance in another country, for another country's war?

Biden didn't ASK Putin to give him a break. He TOLD Putin that he was going to Kyiv and TOLD Putin not to interfere. Putin obeyed.
The only world leader who trusted Putin was President Trump.

1. Because Russia has a twisted self image, a desire for validation and the strangest military doctrine ever displayed.
a. Because behind the scenes there are people who honestly want the violence to end and took a chance.
2. You, The C lye A should have zapped this creep a long time ago but the west had a crush on poo poo and some still do, so You The C lye A are a day late and a dollar short cuz look up, its already US vs. Russia Cold War

Where else can he go? He gets booed at home and laughed at in friendly countries. In Ukraine, he can count on 40 billion dollars worth of ass-kissing.

The anti-Putin crowd is gonna love this.
He should have taken his decrepit ass to Ohio like a real president would have done. Stop pretending like he gives a **** about Ukraine or it's people. He cares about his investments and personal interests that's it...

The BIDEN Administration did contact Vladimir Putin, and ask that he not blow President Biden up, while he was walking around Ukraine's capital city of Kyiv...
The test of the heavy SARMAT missile – nicknamed the Satan II in the West and capable of delivering multiple nuclear warheads – appears to have failed, officials said. It has been successfully tested before and had this one worked, US officials believe Russian President Vladimir Putin would have highlighted the test in his State of the Nation address on Tuesday.
Instead, Putin made no mention of the launch in the speech that lasted an hour and 45 minutes. He did, however, formally declare that Russia will be suspending his country’s participation in the New START nuclear arms reduction treaty with the United States, imperiling the last remaining pact that regulates the world’s two largest nuclear arsenals.
