Former head of the CIA, Leon Panetta, was on MSNBC this morning. Panetta says Vladimir Putin is ruthless, calculating and must be defeated in Ukraine, at all costs.

Rather than start 2 threads, I'm going to pose 2 questions in this thread.

Here is an excerpt from an interview Leon Panetta gave to "News Nation" today...

Right now, Panetta said, it is a “critical time” in the war, where Russia will try new tactics to take charge.

“It is critical for Ukraine to be able to maintain the momentum that it’s gained over this last year,” Panetta said.

On Tuesday, Putin gave a state-of-the-nation address during which he declared Russia is suspending its participation in the New START treaty — which is the last remaining nuclear arms control pact with the United States.

“It isn’t a surprise that they would back away from this treaty. It only means that the situation in the world is more dangerous,” Panetta said.

“Rather than being able to restrain the use of nuclear weapons, any agreements to try to put some control on nuclear weapons are now out the window.

And so we’re living at a time when, frankly, the risks of some kind of nuclear conflict continue to grow.”

I don't know much about Leon Panetta, other than he's being interviewed a lot this week, by various news outlets. I guess that means he's an "expert" with a good track record?

QUESTION #1: If VLADIMIR PUTIN is such a ruthless, determined war commander, why has he allowed over 20 "enemy" VIP's and Heads-of-State to freely walk down the streets of Ukraine, with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy giving them tours? The latest VIP visitor was U.S. President JOE BIDEN, yesterday.
The BIDEN Administration did contact Vladimir Putin, and ask that he not blow President Biden up, while he was walking around Ukraine's capital city of Kyiv...and being honored with a "Bravery" brick in the sidewalk. Why ask a "madman" to give you a break...and then TRUST that he will do so???

QUESTION #2: Since VLADIMIR PUTIN is suspending the Nuclear Agreements he made with the United States before Joe Biden became President, shouldn't we (the CIA or Military) find a way to remove Putin from power, before a major U.S. -vs- RUSSIA "Cold War" starts, and possibly escalates to a REAL Nuclear Conflict/War?

I say since both Putin and Biden are a major issue, we should remove both of them. Problem solved.

Sooo Biden had to ask for permission?

The anti-Putin crowd is gonna love this.

He should have taken his decrepit ass to Ohio like a real president would have done. Stop pretending like he gives a **** about Ukraine or it's people. He cares about his investments and personal interests that's it...

Russia is afraid to start WW III.

That would have been the consequence.

Due to the way our U.S. system is structured, removing President Biden from office is relatively easy, if he proves to be too incompetent...and the will of the people is there.

With Vladimir Putin, it would take a clandestine operation of some sort.

Which one do you think is most important to remove from power, if you had to choose between Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin? I say PUTIN, since he's the invader.

He knew Putin was watching, so he asked to not be blown up, or shot down. Big TRUST FACTOR involved.

The EPA figured out that something happened in Ohio 2 weeks ago. They're sending a team there to take charge of the environmental disaster tomorrow. The EPA team want to arrive just before President Trump lands, so they can hog all the microphones.

Russia is afraid and the US is afraid.

Sounds like PEACE can now be negotiated.

Peace can be achieved easily.

Russia just needs to withdrawl from all occupied Ukranian territory.

Not that hard is it ?

Isn't putin in from the WEF in some way, too?

Let's be honest.

1. The soviet union showed how to control people.

2. You need something "bad" to happen for the people to give up their rights, otherwise they fight.

Covid didn't do it. So here comes Russia to play that role. It is all scripted.

Yeah, I think it was more of a courtesy warning, than it was “asking for permission”.

It’s actually a show of dominance ain’t it?

Where coming though, so back down… lol.

I guess Putin thought it would be easy, like it was in 2013. Obama told Putin to leave, but didn't want to risk WWIII. Biden has less to live for, if his "Armageddon" statement is an indictor.

Because Putin probably has a lucrative stranglehold on baby adrenachrome from Ukranian hooker babies that all world leaders must have to nom nom down to stay in league with satan? Or, Putin is still relevant in the worlds politosphere and the rest is all miss matched political journalism. Then again I don't know.

Do you let your enemy know you're coming close to his country?

Or, do you not let him know?

Which is wisest?

The whole point of the US sending their commander and chief into a war zone was probably about establishing dominance… in which case, it makes total sense to publicly warn the enemy about it before hand.
