Maybe it is time for people to start being the Masters of their own fate.

I chose to refused the C19 vaccine. It came with consequences that would have been a lot worse, if I had not had the strong support of my community and workplace.

The choice should be ours and we should be willing to go all in to support what decision each of us makes when it comes to pharmaceuticals.

President doesn't have carte blanche to define a national health emergency or to give WHO jurisdiction to supersede the powers of the state, that's a violation of the 10th amendment. Defining a national health emergency requires a consensus between departments and ultimately the body of congress, and can be challenged or rescinded at any time with the appropriate majority.

Treaties are a ratified contract between governments for diplomatic purposes. The behaviors and violations of citizens residing in each nation are solely the jurisdiction of the presiding government. UN can go # itself.

The solution -- AS ALWAYS!!! -- is a Patients Bill of Rights, starting with the absolute inalienable right to say "yes" or "no" to any medical treatment. Along with the absolute inalienable right to healthcare, as provided by one's self for one's self and in cooperation with others who so consent.

Quite frankly, every single person who has failed to demand the absolute inalienable right to say "yes" or "no" has no right to complain. Anyone who is okay with forcing or denying any kind of medical treatment on anyone is their partner in crime.

I don't know why anyone would expect any different. If you can force/refuse medical treatment to others, someone will come along and force/refuse medical treatment to you. It really is that simple.

They are working on this one very carefully so that from a legal perspective the government won't have a say, because emergencies and all.

Sorry, but this simply is wrong, and it is clear you - like many so don't feel bad - simply don't understand Constitutional Law.

First - The President cannot engage in binding Treaties without the consent of The Senate. If it isn't approved by the Senate, it doesn't even have the force of law of an official Treaty.

Second, no Treaty - none - can bypass, supersede or alter any Constitutional protections/prohibitions/limitations. This has been clearly stated by the Supreme Court.

So, please, do NOT fall into their trap of legitimizing such nonsense.

Of course, I'm not saying they won't try to make us believe such an agreement is binding, or that they wouldn't try to enforce any such WHO mandates that clearly violate/bypass Constitutional protections/prohibitions/limitations using such an agreement as their legal basis. But States and Local Governments would be fully within not only their Rights, but it would be their Duty, to resist any sich mandates and tell them all to get fracked.
