I would suspect that if the deep state is behind these balloon sightings, then they will start to label anything anti-Chinese balloon theory as "Conspiracy Theory". Much like what they did with the vaxx issue.

Blimps have propulsion , balloons do not (mostly) except for the air currents.

I am surprised by the number of folks that believe a balloon has to be round and has propulsion .
