We are in World War 3, even if it's being fought by proxy. I think nukes would already have been used if they were going to be by now. I think most US citizens that were in Russia should have already left a long time ago though, like when Russia started trying to expand toward NATO by invading the sovereign nation of Ukraine. Even a good portion of Russian citizens have left Russia, lol.
