Source : U.S. shoots down car-sized unidentified object flying above Alaska

Ryder said American pilots who flew alongside the latest object before it was downed determined that no human was aboard. He added it was incapable of maneuvering and did not resemble an airplane. Ryder and other officials would not say whether it could simply be a weather balloon or another type of balloon. "It wasn't an aircraft per se," Ryder told a news briefing.

Here’s the rub…….what happened to naming unidentified objects UAP’s ???

This has all the hallmarks of an unidentified flying object.

The government made a new designation and system for these types of events…….they padded themselves on their backs.

So then they shoot down an object the size of a car, that they can’t identify and won’t call it a UAP.

What a bunch of elephant excrement! (Orbs 😉)

It’s definitely suspicious.

it's been reported that whatever this thing was, it did not have the ability to manuever on its own. space junk from a busted satellite??

Any bets they'll eventually come out and say it belongs to Russia?
Just sayin lol.

Not enough info to give a good opinion yet, but my above question is relevant I would say.

Cheers!

It had been tracked…..for longer hours than the reported size could possibly hold fuel for long hours….imo.

It was at 40k feet and not falling to earth on its own…such as space junk might do if it didn’t burn up on re-entry first.

Suspicious, I’ll say also

Maybe we really are in a planned disclosure. They are getting us used to weird things in the sky. Regardless of whether or not disclosure is a false flag (fake alien invasion) you can't deny that the last 5 years have been ramping up to something.

Also weird that the Pentagon actually addressed this so soon. Another theory is that this is cover for the soon to be disclosed "legacy" programs. They shoot it down now and claim to reverse engineer it even though they did that 75 years ago.

Your opinion is exactly right. It didn't have wings, and the F-22 flew alongside it, according to reports. Yet it was first sighted on Thursday and shot down on Friday. If it stayed in the air all that time, it wasn't flying by conventional means. If it didn't stay in the air all that time, it had to have landed and taken off somewhere nearby. If it did that, it would have to have had VTOL capability. If it was flying straight and level at 40,000 ft at F-22 speeds, there's no good reason it wouldn't have had wings. Also, they've said nothing about means of propulsion.

It looks like we have two threads going on this. The Hannity show on Fox News just started their show saying it was a cylinder shape like a pop can the size of a car.

Saw the full movie …..not so long ago……it was 👍🏼

I believe it was the first B&W movie to feature a flying saucer story…

It be funny if the China balloon was used as a false flag in order to signal we could start shooting UAP’s down now……the green light has been given.

All this hoopla of stuff flying over our heads should be a wake up call, but nope; carry on.

If it was shot down, maybe there was video footage from the plane?

They had plenty of time to observe the "object" while it was airborne.

It wasn't one of ours. They aren't claiming that it was Chinese (or Russian, for that matter), so show us what it looked like, and maybe someone from the public can identify it - crowdsource it.

Could be another backup China type device, as they did send them out all over the place. China's goal (one of them) is appropriation of information by devious means and also legitimate means, any means. They've bribed NASA employees in the past to copy and scan blueprints and transmit them to CCP, getting Shuttle rocket designs, subassembly blueprints of critical components, lists of materials, all kinds of documented planning and project management information to make reverse engineering of American technology much faster, and they expedited the progress of their space program by decades doing it

Industrial espionage is very lucrative for them, and it hasn't stopped. It just took a time in America for totally incompetent people to float to the top of officialdom to where we now see the most brazen acts at information accumulation and overt theft of tactical intelligence against the USA happening.

Eventually it won't have anywhere else to go except for things very bad for all.

Space junk can't float in Earth's atmosphere.
Not by a long shot- and no known aircraft could detect or intercept something moving as fast as space junk.
