Nobel prize winner Luc Montagnier proved back in 2015 that viruses can assemble from biological building blocks (present in all living organisms) simply from particular spectra of electromagnetic radiation

No document with that title exists on the NIH site so that's not true.

To be certain I searched with a portion of the title.

To which "peer review studies" do you refer?

Biolife markets alternative products like CBD products and copper textile products.

The only other business with that name is a company that pays for plasma.

If that paper ever was peer-reviewed and on NIH which I highly doubt, it was rejected.

Conclusion

There is a substantial overlap in pathobiology between COVID-19 and WCR exposure. The evidence presented here indicates that mechanisms involved in the clinical progression of COVID-19 could also be generated, according to experimental data, by WCR exposure. Therefore, we propose a link between adverse bioeffects of WCR exposure from wireless devices and COVID-19.

Worst paper of 2020? 5G and Coronavirus induction

This paper made my jaw drop:

5G Technology and induction of coronavirus in skin cells – M Fioranelli et al. – J Biol Regul Homeost Agents 2020 Jul 16;34(4). doi: 10.23812/20-269-E-4 [archived – PDF]

The paper suggests that 5G waves (the latest cell phone technology) can spontaneously generate Coronaviruses in skin cells. Yet, there is nothing in this article that proves this extraordinary claim. It is absolute nonsense.

Combining two hot topics into one title, this article is surely asking for some attention. Attention it will get. Because it is one of the worst scientific papers I have seen this year.

I'm betting if I keep digging I'll find it is connected somehow to garbage alternative med products someone is peddling. Not worth the time to even do. It's already been rejected by those who reviewed it.

It's the first thing that comes up when I search the title Evidence for a connection between coronavirus disease-19 and exposure to radiofrequency radiation from wireless communications including 5G from the quote and it's absolutely a real peer reviewed article.

The thread title is accurately reflecting the video title, but it's a misleading video title. The government hasn't made that admission. It's merely part of the NIH library.

I have no idea where the quote is from, but the video description links to beforeitsnews.
