Yes, I learned about that here on ATS. It's people with probably more money than they need to survive that have to worry about it.

What we need to worry about more is the talk of a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), which is a misnomer, I think, because it would not be a currency. It would be the means to bring about a Chinese Communist style social credit system of total enslavement.
