DUBAI, Jan 29 (Reuters) - A loud explosion at a military plant in Iran's central city of Isfahan was caused by an "unsuccessful" drone attack, Iranian state media reported on Sunday, citing the defence ministry.

"One of (the drones) was hit by the ... air defence and the other two were caught in defence traps and blew up. Fortunately, this unsuccessful attack did not cause any loss of life and caused minor damage to the workshop's roof," the ministry said in a statement carried by the state news agency IRNA.

Also was the intent to attack Iran, destabilize the region more, or was it to target the oil itself?

Maybe the recent riots in Iran, have created a long overdue underground movement against their government. Gotta first of all prove they were drone attacks, i trust Irans ministries as much as i do ruZZias when it comes to being open about the reality of a situation.

Good for them if it was something done by someone internally...

Most likely Kurdish rebels backed by Israelis. They have been trying to start a rebellion for years.

It's the money, scarcity cause rising stock prices or a nation setting us up, to have weakened military capabilities when Taiwan gets invaded

Here's the weird part it was likely Israel and I can recall a previous America petrified that every move we made in the middle east was gonna set off Israel.

It's completely coincidental that the only US military aircraft in the region with an active transponder is a McDonnell Douglas KC-10 Extender an American aerial refueling tanker aircraft

Id forgotten about that lot, havent been watching the news the last week so didnt realize there had been something happening in Israel.

The fact you could find that out so easily, would rule out their doing it lol... dont think Americas stupid enough in doing something like this. I mean that would be basically declaring war on Iran, and if you could find that info... the Iranian military could even easier.
