Here is the video and doesn't confirm nothing besides strangeness and very much still the possibility that it was a lovers quarrel gone wrong. He doesn't even ask for help from the cops like he is in danger from someone who just broke into the house , until he gets hammered.

Paul pelosi says hi to the cop and looks like he just got into a domestic dispute with a lover versus a victim if someone who just broke into his house assaulting him.

The footage matches exactly what was stated in the court filings. Police arrived. The door was opened by Paul who appeared to be struggling over control of a hammer with DePape. Police tried to de-escalate the situation at which point DePape struck Pelosi with the hammer and police then moved in to subdue DePape.

Now, since you've watched the video, please confirm, was DePape in his underwear?

What is shown in that video does not match a scenario of someone breaking into your house assaulting you and you being in fear for your life.

It matches more of a scenario of cops showing up for a domestic abuse where the wife says nothing is going on and the husband is just sitting there. At no time did Pelosi ask for assistance or immediately say help me as would be expected to happen under such circumstances.

If someone broke into your house trying to assualt you IN NO WAY would you not immediately ask for help as soon as the cops opened the door.

If anything this opens more questions and shows how fk up the Pelosi are, but under no circumstances does it explain away the possibility of this being a lovers quarrel going wrong.

Now, since you've watched the video, please confirm, was DePape in his underwear?

1. You are aware that both persons don't have to have their cloths off to do sexual things , right?

2. Again can be easily seen as a lovers quarrel where they knew each other and DePapa was angry about something and went wrong.

3. Maybe DePape gave him one of the jobs and didn't get payment?

4. Bunch of possibilities but not likely of one where you are in fear for your life from an intruder.

Again nothing in that video says this wans't a lovers quarrel, if anything it gives the lovers quarrel story more legs .

I didn't have the sound on, because I'm at work, but Paul was not acting like he thought he was in danger. It looks exactly like the cops are responding to a domestic dispute.

ETA: Anybody who remembers the TV show "Cops" from back in the day saw countless police calls that looked pretty much exactly like this, but with different faces.
