REFRESHER - When the Intelligence Community, or Department of Justice, says "Declassifying" something will do irreparable harm to______________________.

The DOJ letter to Mr. Nunes, then the House Intelligence Committee chairman, said: “We have also heard that [the committee] is considering making the classified memorandum available to the public and the media, an unprecedented action.

We believe it would be extraordinarily reckless for the Committee to disclose such information publicly without giving the Department and the FBI the opportunity to review the memorandum.“

Mr. Nunes did not want to get bogged down. Five days later, committee Republicans voted to publish the memo, and then Mr. Trump stepped in and declassified a Feb. 2 release.

The four-page Nunes memo confirmed that the FBI based four wiretap warrant requests largely on the Democrats’ Steele dossier. The memo spelled out that the FBI had an obligation to present the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court with all evidence surrounding the target — in this case, Carter Page.

Not one of four warrant applicants told judges that the Steele dossier was funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic Party.

Always Remember: When the DOJ - FBI - ODNI wants to "review" classified materials, those materials go into a Black Hole.

As you see in this letter trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov... / , President Trump asked the DOJ and ODNI to let him know what items should be kept from the public in documents he had in his possession.

They never responded. Trump said, "Phuck em", and as U.S. President, declassified everything. When the time is right, we'll see all the "materials" that were declassified.

The U.S. House and Senate is currently being "stonewalled" by the ODNI and DOJ, regarding contents of the declassified documents the FBI seized from Donald Trump in August 2022, and the classified documents the FBI seized from Joe Biden, between November 2, 2022 and January 13, 2023.

The ODNI/DOJ is now telling member of Congress with the highest U.S. Security Clearance available, that they are not authorized to view the seized Trump and Biden documents.

It's a major tug-of-war that CONGRESS WILL WIN, because they were elected by the people who own this country...the 300 million citizens of America.

If Senators (or anyone) were to see the classified documents seized from Joe Biden's home and foundation, they would know for sure that this particular e-mail from Hunter Biden's laptop computer, is referencing information from one of those classified documents.

The E-mail referenced in this article was NOT written by Hunter, and relates information that was classified.

Lawmakers have been quick to note the content of the email implies a level of energy expertise Hunter did not have, alleging he could have had access to classified information - which, in turn, could be tied to the several discoveries of classified documents tied to his father, found in various unsecured locations.

REFRESHER - What the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee REALLY Does.

The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, SSCI, is the epicenter of the larger intelligence apparatus that controls government.

It was/is the SSCI who helped to create the weaponized system we call the Fourth Branch of Government.

The SSCI is the institutional origin where the outcomes of the FISA courts, domestic surveillance, and downstream consequences of the Patriot Act are supported and facilitated.

Because of their unique role in creating our national security state, where U.S. citizens are regarded as the potential threat to the interests of that state, the SSCI is a unique stakeholder in retaining the corrupt systems of domestic surveillance power.

No institution within the elected legislative branch of government has done more to destroy the freedom and constitutional protections within the U.S. than the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

The intelligence community interacts with the SSCI with that benefactor/beneficiary alignment in mind. This is why the SSCI claims such bipartisanship, and why the corporate media herald the SSCI as an important functional tool.

Without the assistance of the SSCI, the U.S. domestic surveillance state could not exist. When the IC (Intelligence Community) feels threatened, they run to the SSCI for protection.

The chair (Warner) and vice-chair (Rubio) of the committee are also members of the Gang of Eight, intelligence oversight group.

It is laughable to see Senator Mark Warner decry the possibility of national security leaks and compromises within the classified document issue. Warner himself was the most consequential leaker during the Trump-Russia investigation (Wolfe leak of FISA application). And the SSCI facilitated everything that happened in the Mueller Special Counsel investigation of President Donald Trump.

If the DOJ/ODNI won't tell the Senate Intel Commission what's in the documents, their contents must be VERY explosive, or connect to something very explosive!

Good news: Pressure is building from Democrats for the Republican House to investigate Trump's growing cache of documents.... and now a laptop!
