Well that’s the first thing brought up when someone collapses so I can understand his mentioning the jab.
People like to joke about how the good ole regular flu has disappeared during the pandemic but don’t see the irony in saying every heart attack or whatever heart problem is because of the jab.
Facts about Commotio Cordis
More than 224 cases have been reported to the US Commotio Cordis Registry since 1995. It’s estimated, however, that many more cases have not been reported.
Based on the Registry cases of commotio cordis the survival rate was 24%.
95% of cases affected males.
Commotio cordis most frequently occurs in those aged between 10 and 18 years.
50% of episodes occur during competitive sports, a further 25% occur during recreational sports, and the other 25% occurs during other activities that involve blunt force trauma to the chest wall.

Today, this type of trauma is most often caused by the impact of a ball, hit, or puck to the chest. When an athlete takes a blow to the area directly over the heart at a critical time during the cycle of a heartbeat, it may cause cardiac arrest.
According to the HeartRescue Project, the risk of SCA is three times greater in competitive athletes. The average age of athletes who suffer from sudden cardiac arrest is just 17 and more than two-thirds of young athletes who die suddenly are basketball and football players. Baseball, softball, hockey, and lacrosse players, however, are especially susceptible to commotio cordis.
Latest update: Hamlin’s vitals are normal again and he’s been put to sleep through a tube down his throat. Tests are currently being run, per his marketing rep

Here’s a video of the hit.
I like how the first thing the doctor says in the video is ‘it’s not due to the vaccine’.
I’m not saying it was due to the vax.
However, if the player had a cardiac arrest on impact, how was he able to bounce up so swiftly moments later?

Although not unusual , but I do think we are living now with a lot of uncertainty.
the way it happened is unusual. Everyone. Every single expert is saying so.
It is horrible. It was horrible to watch.
I saw it happen live and I thought WTF happened?
I’ve seen 10X worse hits multiple times every game.
You just never know.
Prayers for this young man.

Happened about an hour ago.
Buffalo Bills 24 year old, 2nd year safety Demar Hamlin made a tackle on a seemingly routine play and stood up and then collapsed.
They brought an ambulance on the field and proceeded to perform CPR on him.
Scary scene, never seen anything like it.
The game has been temporarily suspended.
No update on the player’s condition.

R on T phenomenon- I’ve actually witnessed this twice, both times in little league baseball where the ball hit mid chest and the youngster collapsed. Both times had good outcomes. Hopefully the same good outcome here. a reply to: RazorV66

I've seen some comments that it looks like a certain type of hit that could jar your heart, but you see hits like that one all the time. It didn't even look particularly hard. He didn't take the force of impact to the chest in a concentrated manner. It was spread out from what I could see.
That is scary.

To add to the conversation, a few years ago, an NHL player for the Blues, I believe, received a slapshot right in the heart region. He fell like a sack of potatoes a few seconds later as the shot made his heart skip a beat.
I've seen the video posted in the closed thread and linked above by Xtrozero and I would be inclined to think it is a similar event that transpired.
I guess it could be argued his heart was weakened by the vax, but the truth is, these events, tho rare, did happen before.
Prayers sent to Hamlin and his family.
