Nitrosamines, which the FDA reports is commonly found in food and water. These impurities are found in meats, dairy products, and vegetables and can increase a person’s risk of developing cancer when faced with prolonged exposure, according to the FDA.

"Sudden" discovery of "cancer causing" contaminents in Quinapril more likely BS - Quinapril is out of patent protection and Pfizer likely wants to move that patient group to something still under patent protection
Big pharma pulled the exact same stunt, using the exact same fake cancer excuse, with regards to ranitidine/Zantac for antiacid/reflux disease
